Recently I have been experimenting more with the same 3 questions in various peer groups that I am part of.

One of the things that I am passionate about is ensuring that people get and feel heard, seen and acknowledged. Therefore whenever we meet in groups, the initial ritual we have is to go round everyone asking the same 3 questions to give people that chance or occasion to speak their truth.
