Happily dwelling amongst the moodier sides of 2-Step, UKG and jungle, Club Angel has cut a name for himself since the release of his debut EP, '6AM' (out via Astral People Recordings) whilst whipping up remixes and edits for the likes of Fred Again.., North East Party House and a beloved anthemic rework of 'Make Me'. With 2023 already having featured performances at Pitch Music & Arts, Digi Culture & Music and Xe54 - plus a forthcoming upcoming national tour in support of Sam Alfred and a debut set at LS on the horizon - it's safe to say this mix has been compiled by one of our favourite angels. In his own words:

“I’ve included a few of my own tracks in this mix, but the one that gets me most excited is an unreleased one titled ‘5ive’. It’s a bit of a warper; the perfect mix of hard house and speed garage.

An artist I’ve recently discovered is UK-based, Jack Swift. I randomly stumbled across his edit of Lennie De Ice’s track ‘We Are I.E’ and waited at least 4 months for it to come out. I’ve also included an unreleased one from Naarm’s Airwolf Paradise titled ‘Revolver’ - it’s an absolute highlight to play in any set.

The track I’m most looking forward to playing at Lost Sundays is my edit of the iconic Denham Audio track, ‘Make Me’. Everyone ends up singing along so it always makes for a beautiful moment.” - @clubangel

So here we are! delighted to be part of the feel my bicep mixtape series. So the mix is about 95% SHEE music which is made up of unreleased tracks, edits , collabs and mashups. I also have a few of my favourite Irish – produced tracks in there too. Making a mix with mainly all of my own music is a huge deal for me, as I normally wouldn’t be the most confident in playing my own music out!!  I wanted to use this opportunity to try and showcase the bits that I have been working on this past while.. super nervous!!! haha Hopefully you will enjoy it.

Yooo everyone!
Here is my set from the Rave in the Woods at Electric Picnic. This was honestly one of the most enjoyable sets ever! My set time was 11:30-1 on the last day so I wanted to build the vibe and then end with some euphoric bangers to close it out. It was so special getting to play on of my favourite stages and playing to 4000+ people was just insane... Thanks to everyone who came and supported this set and i appreciate all of the messages and love from everyone. it was amazing <3
