I’m a British Army veteran, a husband, a dad, and a proud grandad. Loyalty isn’t a slogan to me — it’s a standard. I value straight talk, good humour, and people who keep their word. No performance. Everything I build stands on that foundation: real love, real graft, real memories. Life after service isn’t neat or quiet. I live with a service-attributable acquired brain injury (ABI). My system doesn’t always “stand down” on command — it runs hot, it loops. That isn’t weakness. It’s persistence. Away from the music, I keep geese, ducks, and chickens, and I grow food on my allotment. It keeps me busy, keeps me grounded, and gives me something mindful and real to put my hands to. I enjoy reading poetry and writing that speaks truth plainly and cuts through noise. William Blake, Walt Whitman, Thomas Paine, Machiavelli, Joseph Glanvill, Alan Watts, Emerson, and the Stoics have all influenced how I see the world and how I express it.A few years ago, I used AI to help write my memoir — to make sense of it all. Now I’m writing music using those memoirs as my main source of inspiration. Every track comes from lived experience — rebuilt, re-seen, and re-heard through sound. AI may be the paintbrush — but I am the artist, and the canvas is mine. This isn’t for validation. This is for me.
