Made for the Newgrounds NGUAC 2022 - 2nd round (Made 5th place out of 400+ submissions. Not with this song though, that got me into the final round).

I also reached my Upload Limit for Sounddcloud :( So I either start deleting old songs or switch to a different platform. Money is tight and music doesn't really make a lot of € to warrant 100€ a year for soundcloud premium. No idea.

My First Starship

Wasn't in the mood to make music for quite a while now, yayx... Well about half a year. But finally sat down to make some ko0xish chip stuff again. This time for the 13 iteration of battle of the bits Winter Chip.
Wild Chip because I don't want to limit my stuff to a few kilobytes anymore. Not enough patience to make something sound ok and keep it below a certain size. I'll let the youth do such shenanigans.

Time Flies

I probably stop making chiptunes and concentrate on a future-bass / fakebit mix for a couple of tracks. Like this song but more melodic like the usual stuff.

It's almost 14 years of making chiptunes for me at this point (crazy when I think about it), I just sent out my 2nd Album to a service that will put it on spotify, itunes, amazon etc (amuse) and not sure if I want to start a third.

Thought about stopping music all together but sat down to learn a state of the art DAW and figured out if I could make something more mass compatible.

Made a new genre because why not, all the cool kids are doing it. I call it futurebit, since adding future to a genre is so hot right now.

To everyone expecting chiptune, I hope you can forgive me that I skipped into a different genre for a while. I already learned so much from switching and if I make chip again (I think I will), I believe it will profit massively from my sidequest. (Aww sidequest, that's a kickass song name. Next track will be called sidequest! But pssst, k plz.)

I dug up an old never released chiptune of mine to morph it into a 32k mod for battle of the bits 'Rare formats'. And it made 1st place ♥♥♥

Title is literally the first thing the song name generator spat out and it was spot on! I mean, this sounds like there went a lot of thinking into the title and it has some kind of backstory, doesnt it? Well it doesn't,...but I still love it.

To all my non chip techy people, keep in mind that 32kb is not that much to work with and this isn't as overloaded as usual. Hope you still like it ♥
