I did this mix back in the day. Turntables and vinyl. This was before there were crazy effects on the mixers. I made this for golden era Hip-Hop heads. Strictly classics. It's great during a road trip, but also after a long night of partying / raving.

I made this song during a transition period in my life, when there was a lot of unknown. It's helped me get through my darkest hours. I played this the last time I saw my Pops, so it has special meaning to me, and is the reason this is my first post of original music.

I'm a DJ / Turntablist / Producer in San Francisco by way of Philly, VT and Seoul. My first love was Hip-Hop (boom-bap). Then I was introduced to the world of turntablism and was fortunate to train with DJ Ghetto. Later, I was a member of Hard To Swallow records (Frankie Bones, Circuit Breaker, Xonel Smart, Hectic, and Dominator) so the crew educated me on Techno, Breakbeats and electronica. As a result, my style is a culmination of those genres.
