Beyond the Boundary - Galactic Groove 001

This was my opening set for William Black at Believe Music Hall on April 12th 2025. The songs in this setlist all have an emotional connection to me in one way or another, through thick and thin these songs have changed my life for the better. I wanted to portray a story through this set with some emotional crybangers, some heavy hitters, and some timeless classics. This set was straight from the heart and inspired by the loml. Believe in Bass - Kodokari's Believe Music Hall Debut

Sometimes life is unfair and hits you with things that make you feel empty. I came across the original song by blackbear on one of the worst days of my life. The lyrics resonated with me because it was exactly how I was feeling after that day when everything went wrong. This song is different from any of the other ones I have produced so far because I made this song purely from the emotions I felt at that time. For anyone going through a tough time right now, keep your head up and know that you're loved. Everyone at some point has felt dead inside so I hope this song find those who it's meant for. Enjoy.

Enough 4 Me originally started out as a remix, once Matt and I got the instrumentals constructed, we decided to remove the remix vocals and create our own for a more personal sound that fit our style. So we adjusted the chords and recreated the melodies, then sent the demo over to Crystina. Within 24 hours she got back to us with a more than perfect demo vocal. We ended up using that vocal as the final product you hear on this track. 

We wanted to create a melodic bass song with dark chords, dark sounds, that emitted a positive message. Crystina wrote these lyrics revolving around a personal experience that resonated with all 3 of us at the time. Sometimes our loved ones forget that they are "enough" for us, so here's the reminder :)
