Habits is one of those unique blend of feelings, its gangster, sexy, relatable, and fun... In fact we aren't quite sure why its not on the same level as Lorde's Royals... Quickie from us: "HOLY SHIT, FINALLY THIS FUCKING SONG IS OUT... This song was meant to be an Edit to promote a show we had at LIV in december. Initially we had Disclosure's 'Fire Starts to Burn' over the track and thought the drop was way to hot to use someone else's vocal. So we had this ridiculous idea to create a song around the concept of the #SELFIE. We really weren't sure if this was the most brilliant idea, or worst idea we ever had... So we had our home girl Alexis come over and within an hour we had 2 verses and the song done. At that point in time we thought it was hilarious but we were quite sure how it would be received, but seeing as we aren't pussbags and music is about experimenting and having fun, we put it out. 2 days later the song had 200k plays and about 1% negative feedback. So we went to Dim Mak who we always loved as a label and asked them if they were interested in it, if we went back in added a new verse and changed the drops. 6 Weeks later here we are, with an amazing Music Video compiled with all this great submitted #Selfies from Fans, Friends, DJS and Celebs. So we hope you all enjoy the tune as much as we did putting this whole project together. This is our first EVER Original release and it would mean the world to us if you all bought the song, shared the video and took #SELFIE video... ”

Quickie from us: Well we love Adventure club and have admired them for a long time. the guys are personable, make great music and are pretty good looking... In many ways we feel we are the same haha jokes, but Adventure were one of the few artists who reached out to us when we started and were cool and supported our music, so when they hit us up about remixing Wonder our fav track off their last album we couldn't resist, that and we want to collab with them so we really had no other option. That said, we think the remix turned out great, we actually see a little bits of our previous work in it, little nods to Around us and Julian. In the end we hope we did the track justice infusing it with a tasteful amount of uptempo progressive house while still remaining true to our style."

So what happens when 2 New Yorkers and 2 Texan's get together... Actually that sounds like it would be some political debate, but in this case fucking great progressive House!

So basically Tritonal hit us up maybe 5 months ago about working together on a track! We had always been HUGE fans of their work and literally the same day we were messing around with this Emily Warren Vocal. Tritonal sent over this demo idea and it was so dope! Over the next couple months we tweaked it and eventually arrived at a perfect blend of both our styles. Hats off to Chad and Dave though, such legends, and unbelieveable producers... you think you know about sound design, take a seat cause these dudes will fuck your world up! Nevertheless, in the end we wound up with a beautiful progressive track with an incredible vocal that will get stuck in your head instantly! Literally Emily is one of the best writers out there right now! AND we are all so proud to give you this track! SO PLEASE go out share the song, buy the song, and have a great time with it!

This is probably one of the most challenging songs we have ever done. We have legitimately been working on this track for over a year and probably made about 75 completely different versions of it. It was really challenging because the and message is so emotional and raw and we are also from new york so we literally stressed out about every inch of this song. Make it dance, keep it mellow, live instrumentals only, add some tropical vibes, go full progressive, literally we did everything and got super in our heads until our computer crashed and we lost everything... which turned out to be a blessing because when we went back into the project it all flowed out exactly how we wanted it. We have to give a lot of credit though to the writer of this amazing track Brittany who literally poured her soul out on this song she wrote and its beautiful. This just has all the feels of a classic Chainsmoker song so we hope you enjoy it! and the vocal by Victoria Zaro is amazing! We have some other exciting stuff in the works with her!

Long story but we found Charlee through our buddy Adrian Lux. We asked him who the girl was who had been singing on a few of his records and he pointed us in the direction of Charlee. This was about 1.5 years ago. We sent Charlee a couple demo ideas and it wasn't long before we got Inside Out and we fell head over heals for her. So Charlee is from Sweden is probably the coolest, most authentic dark soul we have ever met. She oozes these types of heavy vibey lyrics. Our only regret is taking so long to get this song out but our first attempt was halted due to a computer crash and project loss... but we think it bounced back even better. We have held this song really close though so we hope you enjoy it!

Quickie from us: "So its really great when coincidences and fate find each other, because that is what happened… We absolutely were in love with this summer anthem by smallpools, it reeked of fresh cut grass and the afternoon sun... So when their ppl reached out to us about doing a remix it was the easiest decision ever. We can't say it wasn't a challenge though with such a strong vocal, but we really wanted to pin it up against the classic 'house music pluck' we have been hearing so much of, but use it in a vain that felt a bit different but still large, but finding that union was tough in the sense the two had to warm up to each other rather than clash... but in the end we think we found this great atmosphere for the song to exist."
