I made this song to reflect how my Stepfather's Abuse is only my Growth and I shall Rise through the Ashes

Fragile in the Flames

This is my Memory of when I would sleep in my Stepfather's Basement that was infested with Spiders. I remember hearing the Hellish Booms coming from his Boots stomping through out the broken house, doors thunder with the power of getting slammed. I would hold myself to my Legs, shake so badly I struggled to speak because Fear crept over me, choking me while I heard is Boots March down the basement stairs. He would kick my Door open and laugh, pick me up, I could smell the alcohol off his breath as he slams me into the wall, tells me how it's my fault he had such a bad day. The beating would never stop, I cry and Scream for help so he stomps on me and continues to beat me. I cried and cried and cried; pleading for him to stop. But he would tell me how much he hates me and that I deserve to die before grabbing me by my throat and slamming me on my Bed and he would grab my little toes & fingers and bend them so far backward I would scream so loudly it would wake up my biological mother who would come racing down to "save" me, but then Johnathan the Demon would rise up and beat her too. Hours after Hell consumes our household and the Demon finally went away. My biological mother would drug me until I would overdose, she would hold me in her arms and sing "When Skies are Grey" as she pet my head while everything fades in and out, my head felts so light, my tears were nonstop and the pain would slowly fade away. I would become a Cloud, I felt no pain, I was in another Dimension where I was just floating and watching the Stars around me dance in such beauty. But then sometimes I would wake up to Johnathan going crazy once again, or it would just be another Day, like nothing happened. I would watch the Sunrise ascend with Hope in my Heart knowing that I made it another Day, but when the Sun goes down again, I must go back to the battle which I don't understand why it's happening and fills me with confusion and misery. Jesus Christ was by myself throughout the entire experience because he never left me
