Following a sold out gig at Paris cult venue La Boule Noire, Tomode is now dropping their sophomore EP ‘Riviera’. Infusing their Scandinavian melancholy with a hypnotizing warmth, the duo’s new outing features their dreamy vocal harmonies suspended over sun-soaked synthesizers and supported by a vintage disco sound.

”For us, the Riviera is a place where profound natural beauty is entangled with a commercial hollowness. Enjoying a deep orange sunset on cheap plastic furniture. A light coastal breeze with a hint of chlorine. Just beneath the shiny surface flows a melancholic undercurrent that you just can’t seem to escape.” the duo explains.

The EP contains already released singles ‘Conversation Starter’ and ‘Out On The Dunes’ that have garnered over 300 k streams across platforms and have been highlighted by Ones To Watch, This Song Is Sick and Wonderland Magazine, alongside the upcoming final single ‘Bar Phantasmique’ which is released on March 24, the emotive title track ‘Riviera’ and the catchy ‘Don’t Think About It’.
