Immersione Records presents its fifth various artists compilation, 'Immersione VA005', another sonic expedition that delves deep into minimalist territories while seamlessly blending diverse musical influences into a techno-oriented journey. The compilation's compositional approach revolves around the concept of perpetual transformation, where sonic textures gradually evolve through an intricate interplay of tension and release, engaging the body and the mind in an immersive experience. Despite their distinct characteristics, the tracks maintain a cohesive flow, opening with crew member KRV's deep and minimalist explorations that set the perfect tone for what follows. SAP, fresh from their recent "Exhile" release on Leviathan, returns with an intense, character-driven piece that channels nostalgic echoes of past decades. The Immersione household presents itself in a deconstructed formation: Rafal S, Cixxx J, CNC, and Ucci each deliver individual interpretations spanning UK-influenced electronics, bass music, and techno. The compilation welcomes newcomers HLRTY, ETN ETN, and Marthial, who traverse territories from rapid breakbeats to Detroit-influenced 4/4 rhythms with sharp, penetrating precision Label mainstay Helsmoortel makes his third appearance on the imprint with "mFunk", a pure, robust electro cut featuring fractured drums, thick basslines, vocoder elements, and engaging synthesizer work. This track organically concludes the compilation, finally reaching the metaphorical depth of 36,000 feet. 'Immersione VA005' is more than just a collection of tracks – it's a meditation on the interconnectivity of sonic art forms and an invitation to explore music not merely as entertainment, but as a transformative journey into the depths of electronic sound.

Miss Jay is the moniker of the Bucharest-born, Milan-based producer and DJ Ioana Boaje specialized in hybrid club music and dancefloor anthems. As crazy as it has been for all of us, with the perspective of going back to pre-covid lives as slim as it can be (let alone the thought of entering a club again), 2020 has been a crucial year for Miss Jay. Sliding into 2021, her creativity and inspiration steadily go further with the release of a second collection of club bangers, namely CLUB TOOLS 2, putting together a multitude of original compositions and edits.

Releasing March 5th on Bandcamp (yes, it's one of those Fridays!), CLUB TOOLS 2 is composed of 11 + 2 bonus tracks ranging from 98 to 170 BPM, ready for every DJ to be played, whether they're focused on grime and other urban rhythms (Gut Feeling, Ain't Equal), hard club episodes (1 2 Rave), witch house reminiscences (the opening track), or hunting for the latest crazy rework (the edit of Clams Casino's Blast). 

We're happy to present you the fourth track from the list: a drum-reprogrammed, unrelentless edit of Arca and Rosalía's KLK, taken from their latest album Kick I. As constantly carried out throughout her prolific activity, Miss Jay skillfully administers the energy flows on the dancefloor (whether real or virtual) to always keep the listener/dancer on the edge, while never renouncing the richness of the composition.
