When we first met Lyba, she was playing a very nice opening slot at kashay salon (Dresden), last year. Chillin' on a couch, she turned some delightful tunes and made the people move.  We had to ask her for a cast and et voilà – here it is! 🥰

Our chameleon #66 showcases the unique talents of ele, aal, and dalié. The set features live vocals, live guitar, two synthesizers, and spontaneous improvisational segments between tracks; a fusion of their own tracks and collaborative efforts. 

Fundamentally, this project is a celebration of friendship. Sonically, it is situated in the early days of downtempo afterhours, striving for a vibe that feels more like a warming blanket rather than a blast of energy—akin to being wide awake yet cozy. Goosebumps ripple in continuous waves across the entire set, creating a palpable atmosphere of anticipation and excitement.

A dreamy set, inner growth or a fine wine - good things take their time. With a trajectory interwoven with BeYond's past and future, these two heroes of sleepless nights and ecstatic mornings have shared with us a set that we've been waiting for for years without realizing. And what a timing it is: it comes with a promise of long, beautiful festival summer; smelling of hazy dancefloors, Sekt, sunscreen and nights spent outside with friends old and new.

Their signature sound of hybrid interaction between DJing and frantic live keys, that has caught us so many times, tells a tale of creativity, friendship and a love for music beyond any genre boundaries.

We all know this moment - you are lying in bed with a loved one and the world stands still.

You put on some music to set the scene for rising temperatures under the sheets…

The set you put on suddenly brings you out of rhythm, but getting up to skip the track is no longer an option.

We have been scouting for the perfect Sunday morning sets for quite a while already and while "Eigentlich heissen wir Klaus" & "Mattmosphere" have been steady suppliers of them for us, we also developed the idea of asking befriended artists to record one hour of music, to which they like to stay in bed with a loved one.

It's an intimate ask, but most of them said yes.

There was not only techno and love but also art to see. The members talk about the socially distorted image of the scene, what is important to them in celebration, and why we all should embrace each other more often on the dance floor.
