I have been working on this album - on again, off again - since 2019, right after I released Persona. Finding the motivation to create over the years has been a set of trials and tribulations, but I've finally been able to complete it.

My hope is that someone out there can appreciate and find solace in my songs, as they were created from a place of despair and the desire to find my happiness in this life.

Songs available over the coming weeks where ever music is sold or streamed.

„Kollektiv Liebe e.V. proudly presents its first EP. Read more about the charity we will support this time.
We set Echoel´s “Pink Soldiers” against the terror of the Islamic State and thereby support the aid organization “CADUS - Redefine Global Solidarity”.
They used to organize music festivals, now they are saving lives. CADUS’ doctors, paramedics and nurses provide assistance in Iraq's civil war, right at the place where fast care is vital, but hospitals are out of reach: just behind the war’s front line where the military fights the Islamic State. Now, CADUS’ help is needed mainly by local citizens, with the front line shifting to the urban area. 100% of all donations are being used to fund the maintenance and equipment of the mobile hospital, a place where seriously injured people receive simple but life-sustaining care, and for the flight costs of the international Crew.
It was Echoel who recommended the charitable project to us. The young producer and DJ from Hamburg already has attracted attention with great releases in “LikeBirdz” or “Magician on Duty”. His music expands from dark and melancholic Downtempo to punchy Tech- and Deep house. In recent years he has performed in Clubs like „Kater Blau“ and „Moloch“ and at several festivals like „Wilde Möhre“, „Garbicz“ and the „Off the Radar Festival“.

Wir sind stolz euch unsere erste EP präsentieren zu dürfen und welchem Zweck der Gewinn diesmal zugute kommt. 

Echoels „Pink Soldiers“ EP wollen wir sinnbildlich dem schwarzen Terror des IS gegenüberstellen und damit das mutige und couragierte Projekt „CADUS - Redefine Global Solidarity“ unterstützen! 

Früher organisierten sie Musik-Fesivals, heute wollen sie Menschenleben retten. Die Ärzte, Rettungssanitäter und Krankenpfleger von CADUS leisten im Bürgerkrieg des Irak dort Hilfe, wo Krankenhäuser zu weit weg, aber schnelle Versorgung lebensnotwendig ist – direkt hinter der Front des Krieges, wo IS und Militär aufeinandertreffen. Diese Front ist inzwischen im städtischen Gebiet angekommen, das heißt, die Hilfe durch CADUS wird vor allem von den Bürgern vor Ort benötigt. Die Spendengelder fließen direkt in den Unterhalt und die Ausrüstung ihres Traumastabilisierungspunkt (TSP), einem mobilen Krankenhaus, in dem Schwerverletzte notfallversorgt und stabilisiert werden können, sowie in die Flugkosten der internationalen Crew. 

Die Projektempfehlung stammt auch direkt vom jungen Hamburger Produzent und DJ Echoel, der bereits mit großartigen Releases auf „LikeBirdz“ oder „Magician On Duty“ auf sich aufmerksam machen konnte. Seine Soundrange reicht von düster, melancholischem Downtempo bis hin zu druckvollem Deep- und Tech House. Er spielte in den vergangenen Jahren bereits in Clubs und auf Festivals wie dem Kater Blau, Moloch, Wilde Möhre, Garbicz oder dem „Off the Radar Festival“.

Music emanates from many fountains. Some source a drive for change, a message of peace or an unutterable nuance of feeling that cannot be expressed any other way. Sometimes music emerges from the magical meeting of minds merged in mystical union. This is one such release.

@uone and Mojo Filter (@thebenz) met on a dancefloor in England at Noisily Festival in 2015 and instantly hopped on the wavy train - destination unknown. Their shared ecstatic humility for the power of ritual and transcendental music fused their vision to produce a wide array of bristling results. These ranged from the sharing of knowledge, food, culture, friends, music and love for their Priestesses. Quickly their collaboration as humans translated into three succinct tracks made at Uone's studio in Australia at the turn of 2018. It was as if these tracks were already complete and it was just a case of the pair piecing together the parts of the puzzle.

Mighty meteors Jamie Stevens and Adam Freeland were mutual friends who happened to be circling in similar orbits at the time were able to shower the visitation with astonishing beams of accuracy and guidance producing an otherworldly fusion of friendship and far out sounds.

The results are a mind expanding array of psychedelic musicality, production and intention woven into three tracks to mark a powerful episode in their story. Namely the friends both had baby daughters within months of each other. These children are the new generation. They are the future and their birth is a rite of passage from the cosmic oneness of space into the earthly realms of manifestation. With them they bring a message of unity, a message of change and a message of purpose.

Interview with Melanie Camsen by Parties4Peace

Q) Tell us about your music career and how you got started ? 

I was always interested in music, and when I was little my parents used to play music for me to sleep. Then the music began impacting different stages of my life and I started to know different bands, music styles and genres.  I never imagined I'd become a DJ. It was never in my plans, but it happened, and I'm very happy to be able to share the music I like with many people from different parts of the world. 
I have a very short career, as I started 4 years ago, and I was always interested in downtempo music.  In 2016 I traveled to Berlin, and during that trip I got very motivated with the genre and I decided to move for a while to that city to know more about the culture of music, clubs, etc. and that city convinced me that I wanted to do this. 

Q) How would you describe your music, and what inspires you to create ?

I use different sounds, from organics, ethnics, to tropicals and groovy rhythms. My music is characterized by a low bpm. Depending where I have to play, the kind of trip I can create changes. 

Q) What do you personally love about the ocean ? 

The freedom and peace you receive while you hear the sounds of the water. Theoretically the water transmits tranquility because it is one of the first sounds we hear inside our mother’s belly. 

I had the opportunity to dive some years ago and it was an amazing experience. There are not many places on this earth where u can connect 100% with your breathing and feel like you are so small inside this huge paradise. 
Having been born in a mountainous place, always seeing the ocean was a special moment. Sometimes you want what you can’t have and whenever that moment comes, it fills you with energy.

Q) This year for the United Nations World Oceans Day, the 2020 theme is "Innovation for a Sustainable Ocean". How do you think artists can contribute to supporting ocean conservation.

It doesn't matter if you are a popular artist or not, if the public is not educated and has no awareness of the environment there is not much that can be done. The world after this pandemic we are living is changing, and hopefully this can be an opportunity to wake up. I think event producers should set some environmental rules and the public should be encouraged to follow them until they realize that it is good for everybody. For example, some systems of reduction of the use of plastics in clubs and festivals, as well as some other rules to keep the places clean of waste that can affect the ocean and the environment. 

Q) Parties4Peace is a non profit organization working to promote a culture of peace through music and art -  how do you think music can have a positive impact on the world ? 

Music has always had a positive impact on the world especially in the times we are living today, I could not imagine the world surviving without music and art at this time. Besides, music is something that encompasses many branches, music allows us all to be united and connected regardless of belief, religion, color, etc.

"Le Cercle de Transmutation EP “ is Marzian’s first EP with Lassi.
After dancing fiercely to his track "Débogage” in our last compilation “VA.1”, we are really happy to have him back with this new release.

"Le Cercle de Transmutation EP" is his new approach to music with organic and synthetic sounds. Delivering 2 original tracks and 3 remixes from Martin Noise, Balam, and Barda.

The first track ”Le Cercle de Transmutation” builds a wall of layered synthesizers, until it explodes in a frenetic bass and squared rhythm. A ritual for the dancefloor.

In “La Résistance”, Marzian generates an atmosphere of movement and introspection, that evolves in a hypnotic conversation between tribal and futuristic worlds.

Martin Noise’s remix of “Le Cercle…”, pushes the dancefloor a little further with heavy basslines, and a whole new world of sounds.

In the second remix, Balam displays his drum machine-oriented electronic vision of the original track, creating a robotic groove energetic vibe.

For this upcoming autumn release, Dan Bay, electronic music producer from Frankfurt in Germany offers a beautiful butterflying track layered of dreamy keys and downtempo beats.

Remixes include a collaboration with Rodrigo Gallardo, multi-instrumentalist from Santiago de Chile, Anatolian Weapons, known for his long spacy remix and Titoffee running the label who has collaborated on vocals with Kendy Zhang from Spain.  Each remix offers a different reading of the original track that let us enjoy this autumn with peace and confidence.
