You all got your Pumpkin Spiced Latté ready? 🎃 Perfect, than throw it away, because  this month Traumcast Nr. 43 by @matildoutz-paris is everything but cozy! 

Grumpy basslines carry you through a mesmerizing forest of quivering synthesizers inhabited by a garrulous vocoder band. Saturated by a marching troop of percussions a starstruck landscape of dancing will-o'-the-wisps enrolls in this two hour journey.✨ Let yourself dive deep into this void of manifold sound textures and be guided through the shivering pictures of your imagination.

Three queries ring through the nocturnal shades:

🌊 What is your favorite procrastination activity?
Sitting by the sea with friends and watching the tides rise and fall to the rhythm of the moon and sun.

🧸 If you could live in any fictional world from a book or movie, where would you choose to live and why?
The Ewoks' village in "Return of the Jedi". It's a place I've always dreamed of visiting, with those cosy tree houses you'd love to settle your nest. Walking through the forest, from footbridge to footbridge. Not just one tree house, but an entire village - what a dream!

☕️ What do you normally eat for breakfast and on what time?
The only routine would be a coffee. For the rest, there are no rules. It depends on the day mood.

Matildoutz - Traumcast Nr. 43

Ending on a very high note, VK Resident Manta closed the Dune Stage at our beloved Kiek Beyond Festival with this legendary set. Couldn't have wished for anything else. Happy to have it recreated for our VisionsCast series to enjoy some flashbacks at home. Emotional moments for everyone who has been there until the end, having memories of the whole Festival Crew on stage during "Gratitude Practice" by DJ Gigola. Opening with an edit of "Deixa a Gira Girar", moving into the iconic Terrence Dixon Remix of Efdemin's "America", Manta tells a story with a lot of different facets. While in the first half of the set Manta builds momentum by drawing inspiration from cultural and political connections, in the second half she delivers the sound you'd expect from Manta if you've heard her play before. Melodic, groovy, deep, acid infused synth lines, spacey pads and breaks. 

Chilean Italian DJ Manta is one of the founding members of Visionskultur and we're incredibly lucky and grateful to have her on board as a human being and of course, as a DJ and creative mind.

Papu ist ein Geschenk für die Szene und eine treibende Kraft in seinem Wirkungsspektrum. Sowohl in unserem behaglichen Hildesheim als auch auf Festivals in ganz Deutschland lässt Papu seiner Kreativität freien Lauf. Sein handwerkliches Geschick nutzt er, um den Kulturgarten mitzugestalten, Festivalstages zu bauen und Songs zu komponieren. I recorded a set which describes my year's journey across different genres.
It was not always an easy path to find my style, combining my passion for both heartwarming and impulsive music.

I'm extremely grateful for all the friends and producers who contributed to this magic, for the shared moments of jumping, for countless happy grinding bass faces, for dancing to my favourite Knarz on this insane sound system and for enjoying special moments of dancing to mind-blowing sets by @true.nature.frequencies @leonseyde @tonda.music. I've honestly never experienced such a vibe and energy on this very special floor as during our @beyondcollectiveberlin showcase which fills my heart. Taking over from @deep_aendi and handing over to @jpattersson was also super special for me. I cant wait for our next adventure.

Hej lovelies,
here is the Set that I played last Saturday on the Acid Bogen Floor at Kater Blau. My urge to play downtempo grew a lot the past time. I was missing this deep vibe, that is not obviously pushing you, but welcomes you with open arms, so you can fall, fall, fall. So I tried to stay on one of my favorite Tempos "109BPM" unfolding the vibe not with faster tempo, but only deeper and deeper music. And boy it worked. Thanks so much to everyone on the floor for being so open and letting go so much to create this free, gutturally boisterous vibe on the floor together. It was really magical <3

In this extended set, recorded at home, @kosmovision presents a musical approach that is finding its niche in Berlin's club culture. The depth, atmosphere and hypnotic layers invite you on a journey marked by meditative interludes and epic surprises. The set stands out because it doesn't focus on A to B transitions but rather evolves organically by introducing more percussive layers and driving basslines which, along with increasing bpm's, are intensifying the experience as the mix unfolds.
