Fun fact: when PVC was founded in 2018 the first “Plenum” took place in amorizont's living room. Much has happened since then. He moved to Bremen, started Djing in 2020, is co-founder and part of team.ancora. Influenced by Italo and Dark Disco music, his aim is to combine both impulsive beats and emotional melodies. amorizont never broke his connections to Leipzig. That's why he is super happy to contribute his mix to the PVC series.

Tissling (Voitax/Berlin) and Stomp (KFPNYX/ Leipzig) are bonded by a long friendship and their passion for music and curating events with the thuringia based collective kfpnyx from the very first minute. While their solo sound displays rather different directions, they have found some common ground around the realms of Jungle and DnB. Therfore they teamed up in the east of Leipzig for some Spagetti w/ Anchovis and recorded this journey through heavy hitting basses, rolling drums, granular pads, loaded with lots of energy. After stops in Ukraine and Israel PEA has shaped her sound into a diverse spectrum of contemporary electronic dance music. As part of the crews INDOORS and SLO MO EXT, she has co-organized events in and beyond the club context over the past years.

Luke Daniels has been a driving force in the underground electronic music scene for almost a decade. With a deep love for melodic, high-energy techno and electro, his prowess behind the decks has seen him play for a host of national parties. 

Luke's dedication and passion for the scene extends beyond the booth, supporting grassroots talent and providing DJing opportunities to emerging artists in the North which has led to the creation of Hyper Violet, an event series co-developed by Luke Daniels and Sam The Bastard, that focuses on showcasing local talent. 

Recently, his powerful sound has secured him a residency at FrixXxion, a cutting-edge queer techno party curated by Meat Free's Blasha & Allatt. We got to witness Luke’s finesse behind the decks when TC residents shared the booth with him - safe to say we couldn’t leave the dance floor! 

This mix is super special is a super special one, as it is a selection of some of those tracks that he played at FrixXxion back in August. We hope you enjoy it just as much as we did xxx

His distinctive gritty, yet hypnotic style, honed through countless hours in the studio, has made waves at labels around the world, with releases on labels like Dubfire’s legendary SCI+TEC imprint, Cocoon, Unity Records, Ovum, Addeepted, and recently, on emerging New York label Agapē Records. Ramsey's artist collective and event brand, IMPULSE CØNTROL, is launching as a record label in late spring 2024, with other exciting developments on the horizon.

Having shared stages with industry heavyweights like Ben Klock, Amelie Lens, Marco Bailey, and many others — Ramsey's sets are a masterclass in rhythm and hypnotic grooves, keeping the dance floor locked in from start to finish. It's hard to overlook Maxime Iko, a regular on the techno scene, as comfortable in production as behind the decks and now under the guidance of the techno label B.Pitch. From an early age, he sparked the Parisian night within the Cockorico collective and their Bal'con nights from Rex Club to Badaboum, rubbing shoulders with his favorite DJs and quietly fine-tuning his skills. He now proudly represents the rave and queer scene, from Paris to Berlin: you can encounter him alongside Ellen Allien for the WE are Not Alone events, and recently in a very noticed set for the open air Wonderland. He serves up a mental and brutal techno with acid comebacks that oscillates towards psytrance. His latest track is a must-listen and he also excels in remixes as recently with Skorri for his release of remixes from his EP GOAHEAD!   Whether in warm up or peak time set, in b2b or in production, from lavish clubs to the most odious squats, he delights in all disciplines. Each of his appearances is an ode to the night, a bit like at midnight, when you blow out your candles, with excitement you catch your breath to finish in style. There is that in Maxime Iko, a joy of excellence, a hypnotic connection with the rhythm.

Difficile de passer à côté de Maxime Iko, cet habitué de la scène techno, aussi à l’aise à la production que derrière les platines et aujourd’hui sous la houlette du label techno B.Pitch. Très tôt, il étincelle la nuit parisienne au sein du collectif Cockorico et leurs soirées Bal’con du Rex Club au Badaboum, côtoie ses djs préférés et affine tranquillement ses gammes.
