Started this game a few months ago (haha read: Laure Croft presents tune raider) and I am super excited to share the recording of the set I played on my first gig. Never recorded anything, so hearing my own set for the first time myself was quite an experience! Also playing this first time on big sound system and having these new types of nerves and adrenaline rushing through my body, lead to some challenging moments during the set. I decided to post it, even though there are some minor mistakes in it, but hey, every game starts at level one. 

Would love to hear what you think of the set, and fyi: I’m a big fan of honest feedback.

Fast-paced, precise and hard-hitting. All of these attributes perfectly describe the sound Alva has defined for herself and for which she has become infamous in Berlin and beyond. Her sets turn dead dancefloors into sweaty playgrounds, filled with gleeful dancers. In 2018, she joined forces with the ISMUS crew, throwing some of the most sought-after, intense parties in the city, hosted at the lovely old Griessmühle (RIP). When it comes to Berlin clubs, Alva has seen and played them all, from Tresor to About Blank and even Säule at Berghain. She also indulges in more underground events, such as illegal warehouse raves and activist events like "Wem gehört die Stadt?", where - mounted on a truck - she lead a procession of ecstatic dancers through the city, showing that Berlin belongs to the ravers and freaks.

Cristian Marras is DJ/Producer, based in Berlin who has slowly been working his way through clubs in Germany, Poland, Italy, Spain, Holland, France, Denmark and others.
He plays solid driving contemporary Techno, creating raw, fast changing atmospheres, mixing together multiple layers, swinging from a instrumental hypnotic sound to hard grooves, caught by acid drops and often going to an industrial direction.

Showing good knowledge of the genre for someone so new in the scene, Cristian discovered his passion for electronic music, during the last years of high school in east coast of USA, where he started to interest himself to the first and second generation of Detroit Electronic Producers.
Once back in Italy Cristian started to hang out around some of the most well known Italian clubs that were hosting techno events getting in contact with artists and promoters and he started to host events himself in his home town in Sardegna bringing local artist and promoting electronic music.
Since the last 5 years C dedicated himself to improve his knowledge studying electronic music production and sound design collaborating with other musicians and attending DBS Music University in Berlin.
After moving to the German capital Cristian started to make his first steps in the underground scene of the city, hosting his own event Disconnekt and performing several gigs alongside some well known artist like: James Ruskin, Kobosil, Dave Clarke, Ancient Methods, Kobosil, Developer, Samuel Kerridje, Freddy K, Marco Bailey, Clouds, P.E.A.R.L., Max Durante, Radial, VSK, Defekt, and many others.

C'est dans les années 1990, alors qu’il grandissait à Calgary au Canada que Ryan James Ford s’est initié à la musique électronique à travers la culture rave et club locale. Deux décennies plus tard, Ryan s'installe à Berlin et ses productions, majoritairement IDM, sortent sur le label Marcel Dettmann Records. La musique de Ryan est pour nous la définition même de "musique du futur" avec des sonorités IDM, Techno, down tempo et trance... Il sera bientôt possible de retrouver certaines de ses productions sur le label d'Anetha, Mama Told Ya.

We kick-off the series in 2021 with Julian Muller. While for some artists 2020 has been a disappointing year, Julian released his debut album 'Playing with the Devil' on Lobster Theremin. Over the years, he released multiple EP's and tracks under his own name and the Atheris moniker and older collaborative project with Hadone as 90 Process. Furthermore he runs United4Equity, with the goal to promote equity among artists.

The next 70 minutes showcases the versatility of the artist and a small glimpse of the future projects he can't wait to share with you in 2021.
