Based in Berlin and with Russian roots, @kalteliebe keep drawing their inspiration from Post-Punk, Grunge, Dark Wave, EBM, and Techno. Coming with years-long experiences in different musical projects ranging from beat-making over metal bands, Hip Hop ensembles, and more the project started back in 2019 using a drum machine, a bass synth, and a wasted microphone, only.
Authentically recorded in a 12 square meter room in Berlin Kalte Liebe started out as an experiment combining diverse influences by the likes of Sydney Vallette, Thomas P. Heckmann @troperecordings, @dieselektion, DAF, Falco, and more into their distinctively analog, raw, and bassline-driven style.
While their productions are mostly consisting of an elaborated mixture of EBM and old-school Dark Wave paired with technoid characteristics and captivating, roughly distorted vocals in German and Englisch the duo equally stands for tool-ish and highly energetic Techno – modern, pounding, and dirty.
With recent releases on labels like @01010100records , @vituscurse & BFT, even more strongly performing self-releases like „Ego EP“and their recently launched label „Sys.Ex“ they are slowly establishing their name in the scene and quickly growing their audience. With a live performance in the making and packed with loads of unreleased work Kalte Liebe is soon to be heard all over.

Es ist unmöglich, stillzustehen, wenn ÜBERKIKZ an den Decks ist. Die junge Künstlerin ist eine in Russland geborene und in Frankfurt lebende DJ. Sie ist seit den Anfängen Teil des Labels @studioennea und Gründerin des feministischen Kunstkollektivs @junakarat.

Ihr Stil ist inspiriert vom Techno der frühen 2000er Jahre. Obwohl ihre Sets von Anfang bis Ende von unaufhaltsamen Groove durchzogen sind, fehlt es ihnen nicht an Scharfkantigkeit. Die Kicks sind hart und treibend. Trancige Melodien werden auf einzigartige Weise mit Folk- und Tribal-Elemente kombiniert. Jedes ihrer Sets ist eine emotionale Geschichte, die jeder versteht, wenn er sich treiben lässt.

DRIVING TECHNO
Music has always been her thing !!

ANIJA is a DJ&Producer based in Magdeburg.  
She discovered her passion for music especially for the electronic music since she was a child. Around 2011 a friend of hers showed her how to DJing and she learned. Cause there were a lot of people and friends
who all had something to do with music and events at that time. And since then it had happened to her. She wants more and began to play her driving techno sound which always has a little touch of that special groove more and more frequently in regional clubs. Until clubs/promoters in cities like Berlin, Hamburg, Bremen, Braunschweig or even a label from Luxembourg became aware of her. In 2014 she released her first EP "Discovery" on the Berlin label "Adcanced White“ . Several remix releases followed. Also several events she hosted together with a friend in her hometown. But after playing in various clubs for a few years the Techno Klub PAN, Hanover which opened in 2018 became aware of her and so she found her residence - her home!
