If debuts are anything to go by, the return Across Boundaries on Up The Stuss is a guaranteed treat. A collaborative project born out of mutual passion and understanding between two close friends, Chris Stussy and Locklead’s joint guise has taken the house landscape by storm, and the pair are only one release into their exciting journey. Merging signature sonics with future-focused ideas, the project takes cues from its name and sees the pair bridge genres and influences to deliver a raw and impactful take on house music - something on show here with their sophomore offering, ‘Synergy’.

Born in South East London and raised on Jungle, Garage, and Grime, Ozzie Guven brings a raw, attitude-laced edge to his take on House music. With years of graft behind him, Ozzie has landed on imprints like MicroHertz, BeeYou, and neXup, drawing support from scene leaders including Michael Bibi, Enzo Siragusa, and Seth Troxler. With a stacked 2025 ahead—including a heavy Ibiza run with Eastenderz and Do Not Sleep—he hits a new milestone as Jamie Jones welcomes him to Hottrax with ‘Give Me The Music’, featuring a no-nonsense pair of peak-time groovers.

Ozzie sets the pace with ‘Give Me The Music’, a heavy, funk-laced track driven by stomping grooves and spacey organ lines. On the flip, ‘Whip It’ follows with a fierce Garage edge, its tight, jabbing rhythms offset by smooth, House-style chords. With ‘Give Me The Music’, Ozzie adds serious firepower to the Hottrax catalogue, with the two tracks set to tear up sound systems all summer long.
