Final project for my Arranging: Contemporary Styles class through Berklee Online, where one of the prompts was to arrange/produce a Beatles song in one of the styles we studied during the semester.

Sung, arranged, mixed, and mastered by myself.

The song captures the emotional turmoil that arises from a painful and abrupt end to a relationship. The lyrics convey feelings of betrayal, heartbreak, and self-reflection. The narrator expresses a sense of vulnerability, having invested deeply in love only to feel deceived or abandoned. The phrase "Oh the fool is me" highlights a sense of regret for having believed in the relationship, suggesting that the narrator feels foolish for allowing themselves to fall so deeply.
