Etymology:
1. Origin not clarified; possibly derived from the Central Low German 'Gokeler', meaning jugglers.

2. Origin from the Berlin scene around 1930, in which cocaine was used, among other things, logorrhea (increased flow of senseless speech without stopping) occurs during use, and this phenomenon has been described as 'Kokolores'.

3. Alternatively, the expression is associated with the call of a rooster.
