After the huge success of the original, Komorebi Audio is back with Lofi Hip Hop Vocals and Vinyl Scratch Loops Vol 2.

 

For the second instalment we tapped the same source as volume 1 with rap artist Jamell René providing vocals and BBC Radio 1 Xtra DJ “Complexion” providing the vinyl scratch loops.

In keeping with the sound of the first pack we stuck to what we know and used a Shure SM7B microphone to pick up the deep tones of Jamell while recording through a Neve 1073 hardware mic preamp and treating the vocals digitally with UAD plugins to clean up the recordings and mix the sounds to the highest quality possible.

This sample pack was created to inspire you with tight and synchronised vinyl scratch loops reminiscent of the hip hop of the late 80’s and early 90’s and a variety of different hip hop vocal samples, one shots and loops that will give a polished and modern edge to your tracks while still invoking the old school sound of years past.

Anime Soundtrack Strings and Keys is a unique sample pack filled to the brim with enchanting and emotive orchestral strings and piano arrangements. This sample pack is influenced heavily by the soundtracks of Japanese produced anime and video games such as Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, Final Fantasy and The Legend of Zelda.

The pack contains over 1.1GB of awe inspiring sounds including cute and intriguing plucked strings, emotive orchestral swells, tear jerking piano loops and sampler ready one shot recordings.

The sounds in this pack were masterfully crafted by renowned multi instrumentalist Harry Robinson and recorded in his London studio using a Matthew Healey Cello recorded through an AKG C414 microphone.
