Bonnie Spacey's sound is one characterised by unique contrasts and combinations with a root interest in organic instrumentation and a keen interest in the deeper shades of Disco, Techno and Electroclash being melded effectively in her productions and DJ sets.

Now - the french born and Berlin based maven encapsulates her knack for cogent contrasts across a heated 2-track EP for Exploited Club that weaves between Samba, Disco, Italo and House.

'Samba Disco' stamps a dominant foot on the floor as ripe, sturdy drums provide a stout foundation for pitch shifting delays and a searing hot synth climb. The vibe is arresting and highly spiced as the track continues to charter ever-elevating altitude in a manner that makes it easy to picture decadent dancefloor chaos.

'Light Shadow' follows up with a no-nonsense House groove that glows lucent with richly layered keys and an effortlessly sexy vocal. As is the case with the track's counterpart, the sounds are thick and palpable and the mood is intoxicating.

Chords burst with colour while pitch bending soars and energy courses towards a head-twisting breakdown that sends out more voltage to the floor and marks the closing chapter of an electrifying record that bears a distinctly Bonnie Spacey sheen.

Crosstown Rebels label boss Damian Lazarus continues his spellbinding sonic excursions with the release of his latest single, ‘Alive’, featuring the enigmatic Bloom Twins. In the first few minutes of the match, Paape scores with two straight disco-techno crosses and a Schaffel cross from 25 metres out. Team captain Reinhard Voigt himself seamlessly follows in the footsteps of the original - dressed in a new, stylish black, white and red sound jersey, he keeps the ball in play with aplomb. From the stands, guest of honour Thore Pfeiffer comments on a hymn-like, sacred ambient lament with an appropriate timbre.

Twenty year old David August's first musical introduction was being forced into Piano lessons at the tender age of five years old. As time passed and David's ivory skills grew, he came to love the instrument and excelled in its classic format. 
 
At fifteen David's first steps as a DJ began and it wasn't long before he gained his first residencies. A year later he made his first forays into production and in 2009 he  made his first impact on the scene by releasing his 'Praha EP' on Stil vor Talent. This was soon followed by the October release of 'Trumpet's 
Victory'. 
 
Now David readies himself to take his next step. Having recently earned the residency at Diynamic ́s Club EGO, he prepares to drop his first productions with the Hamburg label. A wonderful three track selection, showcasing the exciting talents of the young producer. Enjoy!
