Adana Twins return to Diynamic with a thunderous 4-track EP titled „1983“, an homage to the sound of the first year Benjamin and Friso spent on Earth. 
It starts off with „Clocks“, an eerie Dark Wave, almost Post Punk-ish track that features the vocals of fellow Hamburg act Kraków Loves Adana and sets you right into the 80s.
Title track „1983“ touches back on the EBM sound of the era, with energetic sequenced basslines and a retro synths and sounds, giving you an authentic feel of that time. 
Track 3 is titled „Neonlicht“ and is the second feature with Kraków Loves Adana - a slow and hypnotic groove, complete with 808 drums and orchestra hits. 
And closing off the record is „Mauro Picasso“, a feature with Phunkadelica that ushers in the Italo Disco era. Robotic vocals and dreamy synths transport you right to the beach clubs of Rimini.
All in all an incredibly versatile record that demonstrates the talents of the Adana Twins at its best.

One of the secret weapons of the current season comes from STEPHAN BARNEM & FUTURISTANT. ‘Don’t Cry’ is a passionate New Wave belter for eternity. JÖRG BURGER proclaims a new, trippy genre: Cinematic Dance, before C.A.R. & PATRICE BÄUMEL slowly raise the energy level in the ‘Four Down’ Club Mix. JOHN TEJADA then cruises calmly at the desired cruising altitude while the cabin crew serves refreshments. ‘Duration’ by BARNT/MAYER pays tribute to an artist formerly known as Prince with grand rave romanticism, and about REX THE DOG’s summer smash hit ‘Change This Pain For Ecstasy’, there’s really nothing more to say. The Thuringian force of nature ROBAG WRUHME must not be missing here, of course. ‘Fire’ once again shows him in top form, with one of the dirtiest basslines in techno history. Joining us from London is HARDT ANTOINE, who spells u n d e r s t a t e m e n t with ‘All We See’. We couldn’t be happier to release a full EP by the super talented no_ip, an artist that fits exactly on the label ethos – free and futuristic electronic music, blurring and expanding the boundaries between any known genres. We could feel that his music has a real soul to it and a serious artistic passion since the first heard it. And that’s exactly what he delivers on “Kyoto EP”.

 “Kyoto”, the title track, is an irresistible techno experiment – a multi-layered, surrealistic soundscape inhabited by caustic synths, futuristic bleeps and spectral voices - a musical trip not to be missed by any fans of creative dance

 “Ignite”, the second part of the trip, comes and goes on a evergrowing crescendo of tension and release, alternating corrosive synth blasts, dusty landscapes and dreamlike vocals, framed by martial and noisy rhythms.

Closing the EP we have a remix of the label owner and modular sound scientist Shall Ocin, that recreates “Ignite” on a completely new way, using its elements to create a totally different journey, with mysterious melodies, unexpected glitches and grain manipulations, resulting in a unique dancefloor experience.
