Gabriel and I first started discussing this project while sitting in a coffee shop around a year ago, and one of the primary things we were inspired by was capturing the sounds and 'feel' of the city in the music. We didn't give ourselves many genre or musical constraints, instead allowing the tracks to come together in a natural and organic way.

The end result is honestly one of the projects I'm most proud of - it's sonically multi-textural, stylistically diverse, and it not only combines both our Norvik and Antarctic Wastelands 'sounds', but also goes beyond them to new and exciting places.

This track is called Southern Seas, and features sounds of the Pacific ocean as well as synth swells and mesmerising organic piano motifs...

A year after ‘The First Milestone’ we can say that Infinite Depth reached its second milestone. Around this milestone a 10-track strong VA is compiled. On this VA there are some of the label’s familiar faces like His. Creator, U S H N U, Klankveld, Alberth and Symmetric. Besides, we are having back Convolute, Altman and bastinov from earlier remix duties. Also, Infinite Depth is welcoming two new talents, Final Request and Dario Gismondi. 

The final track is called ‘Desires’ and is brought to you by another resident Symmetric. Around the straight forward lower part a lot of unpredictable components are hovering. With his more techno approach Symmetric delivered an impressive end to this collection of tracks, which are representing the achievement of the label’s second milestone.
