This episode of CaffeineSupreme we host our galactic buddy and magnificent Dj and producer The Silver Rider.
 
Born in Texas in ‘84 and raised as the earthly son of discotheque proprietors, The Silver Rider was fed on a steady diet of mono synths, garage -classics and party culture ethics which sharpened his many talents.  Not only has his tunes made booties boogie in every hemisphere of the planet, but the boppers are sure to turn out whenever The ‘ Riders wields the decks....  
 
His sets are always infectious, electric, organic and brimming with soul and personality.
This one is no exception, where he excites us with an upbeat, sharp and lovely disco groove set.

Jeudi 13 août, nous recevions J Lloyd, moitié du duo Jungle sur Konbini Radio. Le producteur s’est livré au jeu du "Konbini Radio Mix" et a compilé une sélection rafraîchissante de funk, soul, world music et house à écouter sous ce soleil aoûtien de plomb.

Si vous vous êtes laissé emporter par ce mix, ce n’est pas un hasard. On doit reconnaître à J Lloyd un talent particulier. Il sait capter votre attention en jouant le bon morceau au bon moment afin de vous emmener là où il le souhaite. L’artiste vient d’ailleurs de sortir Kosmos, une mixtape produite pendant le confinement en 72 heures. Les 25 morceaux de l’opus ont été écrits et enregistrés l’un après l’autre. On avance ainsi dans la mixtape au rythme de l’artiste qui nous transporte dans son univers, morceau après morceau.
