Konept' - A version of the German word 'Konzept' (Concept) meaning significance.

Konept was originally in a rock band on the Mississippi Gulf Coast area as a bassist until end of 2008 when the band dismantled. 
Konept then made the transition into a 'one man band'...thus "DJ Konept" was born.  
Early 2009 - 2010 Konept spent networking, learning, & touring (opening & closing sets) all along the Gulf Coast with some of the top ranked & most respected DJ's in the industry. Late 2010 Konept was opening for other Dj's at a venue on tour & was approached by the promoter/manager that said "You should be the main event, they should open for you." 
2011 Konept began working his own gigs as the main attraction. 
Summer of 2011 Konept with goals in mind moved to set up camp in Houston, Texas thus reaching his 'Top 10 Goal' in 2014 - 2015 by being voted/ranked #8 DJ of Houston, TX for the years. Also during this time Konept going back to his bassist routes stood in as bassist for the rock bands Bastion's Fire & Eternal Tainted Enemy. 
Spring 2017 Konept set up camp in the East Coast, touring the entire area.(current (2025) residence area: Baltimore MD, Washington DC, Charlottesville & Richmond VA.

Konept plays the crowd LIVE, does NOT have a predetermined play list & reasonable competitive rates.. the sky is the limit for this very talented DJ!

Mr. Hatcher is an Ordained Minister with a certificate in Ministry from Universal Life. Individual services available (officiant only) or package service available (officiant, DJ/sound man/equipment rental).
