After six strong releases on the community run label, the Collective Details crew marches on. Since the start, the community has been hosting production challenges, each with a different theme and open to all members of the Collective Details' Discord server that are willing to participate. Selecting the tracks to make it onto the EPs was never an easy task, considering the amount of talent present, so the label steadily accumulated an archive of tracks that we just can’t keep from the public. To celebrate this community and all its artists, we present a compilation of tracks that has been building since CDR’s first release. 13 different artists channeled their longings for the dancefloor and out came the collection of tracks in front of you - a mixture of straight stompers and shuffling broken beat odysseys.
Sit back and let your mind become immersed into a world of mysterious grooves embedded in dark and spacious ambiences.

dotwav returns to their own KONFLKT imprint with 'Insanity'. Both I/Y and Cadency aka Héctor Oaks reshape the originals into individual sound concepts rounding off a complex four-track EP.

Heading straight towards peak time 'Insanity' sets the pace. The raw yet punchy destination that follows on from a hypnotic synth exploration receives a deep tripped-out remix treatment from Berlin-based duo I/Y. 'Distance' ventures into an emotive dimension that channels melancholy and anticipation into a compelling techno ballad. Charging the B-side with urgent heat, Cadency transforms dotwav's composition into a sustained power house for the floor.

Gynoid Audio is an established outfit based in Australia, which is a member of the Elektrax Music collective of labels headed up by DJ Hi-Shock.

Trunkline are a collaborative French duo made up of good friends Madben and Yann Lean who have merged their sounds and showcase their talents in live sets. Production wise the pair have featured on a variety of labels ranging from Suara, Ellum, Bedrock, OFF Recordings, KMS and many more.

For this DT:Premiere we selected “Afterworld” as it’s full of angst and quick out the gate with a blasting beat. The abrasive build up of analogue tones set the scene for the almighty bleeping hook that lets you know it’s beginning to power up. The gothic tone and intense, rolling pulses will turn clubs and crowds upside down under its spell.
