‘Where is the proof? Oh it must have been in the galactic federation ship that never showed up in October. 

I thought the real question was how the initial energy source formed in the first place. I always thought that the absolute vacuum of empty space caused space to implode and fold over on itself. Because even empty space has characteristics and properties (universal constant dark matter). 

This folding created potential energy differences that was the original energy. Continuous foldings may have created other universes...and left us with garbage square waves at 90 megahertz..

‘Birth of dawn’, a piece that I wrote for flute, percussion, piano, viola and cello in 2009.

Part one pictures a lake at night where the first dawn is rising from the darkness to be born. In part two the dawn is doubting what shape to take and is trying on/out various shapes.

With myself on piano and fellow students on the other instruments. Obviously not a perfect performance but it still gives an idea.

Although I’m not a massive fan of the western European ‘classical’ singing style there's definitely some beautiful moments..

Kiss from above

I spy on androids
trading energy,
predictable business
diluting anger.
Dance of terminators
with victims and manipulators.                                                                                 

I hear cyborgs,
puppet-masters and automatons
in pre-recorded conversations,
toxic sleepwalkers
continuously accompanied by loops.
Sequence of submission
and infinite repetition.

History of resonance,
multilayered sound-scape
of contaminated consonants 
and polluted syllables,
the soundtrack of the zombies
seems to have no end.                                                                                                                            

The monsters that robbed me,                                                                                                                      
the robots that envied me
the golems that sold me,                                                                                     
the demons that lighted the pyre.

Clans of cliché,
frightening and intimidating 
heartless and unexciting, 
sheepish and unaware.
Nightmare collective
of wolves in uniforms, 
like troops raping out of boredom
or Nazis killing for sheer fun.

Labyrinth of bureaucrats                                                                                                                          
with no one to account for,
sound of excuses
but not a soul to blame                                                                                       
and nothing to avenge.

Dream of the damned
exceptionally defeated,
Joan and Guevara                                                                                                                   
Marley and Luxemburg,
Quichotte and Josephine
remembering justice
with no proof

but a kiss from above                                                                                                                   
travelling through the clouds,
continuously reshaping 
into worlds of greater magnificence.                                                                         
Awe and delight 
foreshadowing forgiveness 
and endless freedom.

Glorious tear
bursting with emotion,
dreaming of surrender
escape from ignorance,                                                                                                            
all horror ever recorded.
