Kakurenbo ou "cache-cache" en japonais. C'est le titre qu'à choisi Konixion pour son premier EP, un format court pour mieux introduire son univers.
Anamnesis est le premier titre du projet. Ici le voyage est intérieur, les nappes de synthés se mêlent aux voix et aux pianos pour puiser au plus profond de nos âmes. Que va chercher Konixion justement ? C'est ce que le morceau éponyme Kakurenbo nous propose de découvrir. Tantôt traqueur, tantôt traqué, on retrouve vite les émotions de l'enfance dans une course folle dans les hautes herbes. C'est alors que Voices in my head vient nous surprendre. Entre deux souffles, on se retrouve bercé par de douces voix venant de l'intérieur. Le pouls s'accélère et le ciel se couvre d'un épais nuage noir. La soif se fait sentir et c'est le moment que choisi Akashita, le démon à la langue rouge pour faire son apparition. On aimerait fermer les yeux pour y échapper mais c'est en s'arrachant les paupières que l'on peut voir le monde. Konixion convie alors le violoncelliste Dr Cello sur Cut off my eyelids, pour une conclusion tout en légéreté.

"Kakurenbo" which means hide and seek in Japanese is the name that Konixion chose for his first EP. A short project to introduce his universe.
Anamnesis is the first track of the project. This song is an inner trip, where synthetizers are mixed with voices and pianos to dig in the depths of our mind. What is Konixion looking for? That's the subject of the eponym track Kakurenbo. Sometimes hunter, sometimes hunted the song brings us back to our childhood during a crazy run into the wild grass. Then Voices In My Head, the track after, comes to surprise us. Between two breathes, we feel like floating while soothed by these beautiful voices... Then our heartbeat speeds up and a dark cloud covers the sky. The thirst sets up and that's the moment for Akashita the "red tongue devil" to make a grat appearition. We wish we could close our eyes to escape from him but it's by cutting off our eyelids that we can see the world. So Konixion linked up with Dr Cello to end this Ep the smoothest way...
