"Shavasana” (shah-VAHS-uh-nuh) comes from two words. The first is “Sava” (meaning “corpse”) and the second is “Asana” (meaning “pose”). Shavasana is a deep relaxation technique which directs the awareness inwards allowing the nervous system a chance to process, integrate and recalibrate. 

This beautifully spacious composition for solo guitar was channelled and played by Manvir, the melody has been played for many years to induce a state of deep inter-dimensional contemplation.

Allow yourself to be gently drawn into a deep meditative relaxation, until you are blissfully still.

'Shakti's Grace' has been recorded in India during Kumbh Mela at 432hz. 432hz is said to be mathematically consistent with the patterns of the Universe. It vibrates with the Universes Golden mean Phi and unifies the properties of Light, Space, Matter, Gravity and magnetism within Biology, the DNA code and Consciousness.
