It is a mystery the way the music affects the soul of man. Direct, magical and absolute. Even though the painting, the picture, was the one that magnetize me from a young age, and the music, the sound, was at the beginning the supplement of the picture, little by little, the supplement was shifted to the centre and the region became finally the core. I realized that the music can speak for things cannot be said with words. And even though it has been said that a picture equals a thousand words, then surely a melody equals a thousand pictures. So many are the pictures that somebody can shape with his imagination in the hearing of a musical work. My name is Konstantinos Delioglou but it doesn’t really matter what my name is. What really matters is what I do, what each musician does, what each musician wants to do: use music as a vehicle in order to explore the human soul and touch the absolute. Even though the basic musical instrument I use is the synthesizer and my music could be called electronic, I would never put any barriers in the unlimited ways of musical expression. The musical roads are too many but the music is one and indivisible and that’s the way I always see it.
