•	Only breakbeat genres will be accepted
•	Entrants must warrant that their entries are original work and do not infringe intellectual property and privacy of a third party.  Any submissions identified using a sample that is ‘uncleared’ will be disqualified. The definition of an ‘uncleared’ sample is a loop, sample or musical work for which you do not own the copyright (ie: you didn’t create it). You are free to use sounds that were created by you and/or royalty free loops. The submitting party bears all responsibility for their use of any ‘uncleared’ content.
•	Contest begins March 7, 2014 and ends April 30, 2014. Booty Trax reserves the right to change the completion date. 
•	Winners will be announce via the Booty Trax facebook page (www.facebook.com/bootytrax) by May 7th. Booty Trax reserves the right to change the announcement date.
•	To submit your track please upload a copy of your remix and send the link via message to the Booty Trax soundcloud page. www.soundcloud.com/bootytrax (see example below)
•	Your track does not have to be mastered to submit it
•	Tracks may be uploaded to soundcloud once completed but the download link must be disabled. If your track is made available prior to the winners being announced you will be disqualified. 
•	If your track is not chosen as a winner you may release it as a free download once the winners are announced. 
•	Any questions about the contest can be posted on the Booty Trax facebook wall (www.facebook.com/bootytrax)
