Kool Switch Works teams up with Hong Kong Community Radio resident The Footwork Program, co-presenting a compilation series showcasing Chinese and Japanese footwork artists.

In the first volume of the series, Booty Tune veteran, long time KSW affiliate SAUCEMAN (aka D.J.G.O.) and footwork dancer, Prophecy crew member Junya Kobayashi (Chikob) offer listeners a glimpse of the vibrant Japanese footwork scene continuum, while the syncopated beats of Rev who’s released experimental electronic projects on YUKU and Planet Mu, and long time producer for acclaimed Chinese hip hop albums Aroll (aka Natural Doc), both of whom are based in Chengdu, reveal to the listeners a burgeoning interest in exploring complex rhythms among Chinese electronic musicians.
