Young Black & Deadly is an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander music talent development program run by Gadigal Information Service (Koori Radio) in Sydney. After identifying talent over a round of talent quests, a select group of young artists take part in a series of development and recording workshops. At the culmination of the program, participants record a song with the assistance of program mentors. Songs from the 2015/16 program are collected here on the 2016 Young Black & Deadly EP.
