For the 23rd podcast in the series, Implimind presents the Combined Pressure project. After both @combinedtype and @pressurereliefsystem appeared as one of the series’ first outings, the duo’s plotted for some time to join forces and vision.

Where PRS further pushed their selections to fit a variety of occasions and outlets, Combined Type profoundly used the world’s downtime to successfully increase their studio output.

Together, Combined Pressure blended the individuals’ ever-lingering ideas and aimed to craft a lengthy yet powerful recording. As the delicate introduction of tense atmosphere soon enough morphs into the eerie flow one would expect from the project, the mix presents several stages of twisted rhythms, goofy patterns and unreleased bits.

With bright days in sight for nightlife, chances are solid that this formation will be back rather sooner than later. But for now, dive in and enjoy.

Shato - My passion for music started at an early age.  At four years old, I could easily put a record on a turntable.  We had a small collection of vinyl records of different genres in our house.  Studying different genres and styles of electronic music, I found more and more new and interesting things for myself.  Music became a part of me, my hobby.  Berlin DJs and musicians made a big impact on me.  In 2008, I started writing my own works for the first time.  Freedom of expression and individualism is the basis of my compositions.  In minimal techno, there are no limits and no framework for self-expression.

For this new Minimadelic podcast, we are proud to welcome Root with a set exclusively made up of his own productions. Root opens the dance with a solid groove and immediately immerses the audience in a soft, melodious and psychedelic trance, spiced up with bizarre and dissonant hits. Indistinct murmurs have a cerebral impact, supported by an incredibly lively and precise bass.
A flute comes to guide the spectator in his shamanic journey, time dilates on a suspended atmosphere, and more and more contrasts offer an unprecedented sensory experience. We witness a fluid succession of sound paintings, the groove remains powerful, flawless and yet constantly enriched with subtle variations. The elements dialogue with each other brilliantly, as we slide into an organic abstraction.
Between mischievous and energetic, the journey continues with tracks that are each more interesting than the other, real playgrounds for the ramblings of the mind. Surprises await the audience at the turn, with electric guitars and surrealist dialogues.
The complex and beautiful rhythmic sustain the most seasoned ears until the end of the set, all with an exceptional narration.

Root ouvre la danse avec un groove solide et plonge immédiatement l’auditoire dans une transe douce, mélodieuse et psychédélique, épicée avec des hits bizarres et dissonants. Des murmures indistincts ont un impact cérébral, soutenu par une basse incroyablement vivante et précise.
Une flûte vient guider le spectateur dans son voyage chamanique, le temps se dilate sur une atmosphère en suspens, et toujours plus de contrastes offrent une expérience sensorielle inédite. Part 020 of our podcast series we are pleased to welcome Sensek to take control for an hour and 17 minutes of rollers. Hailing from Athens, Greece, he is a DJ/producer who is no stranger to the scene with his vinyl only releases on labels such as  Complatt, Norse Projekt and recently Vigi. The presses include remixes from Cosmjn, Crihan and Incolor.

He caught our ear some time ago with his rolling style, which you can expect to hear in this next edition. Keep an eye out on his pages for forthcoming releases, especially his recent bandcamp material.
