Premiere: Adam BFD ‘Untitled For Now’

Founder of Vivid Echo, Rāmen Break will open the In Stretch sessions, offering a precise, contrasting set, crisscrossing the vast playground of his influences between grime, bass music and broken atmospheres.

Welcoming artists from backgrounds and universes as rich as they are different, the « In Stretch » sessions will offer certain visions of the club and audiophilia, through guests from the four corners of the globe.

Founder of Dazel Agency, responsible for the development of artists in the west of France, Rāmen Break is an artists agent, and a club programmer. He is passionate above all about DJing and mixes in his own way many influences always with singularity and a certain touch of avant-gardism.
Rāmen Break has made appearances at Rinse France, Neu Radio, Reform Radio, programmed alongside artists such as Djrum, Brodinski, Djedjotronic and many others, he has also been noticed at the NDK Festival, or during the Boiler Room offline tour.

Throwback DOUR FESTIVAL (The Terril) - JULY 2014

The Terril isn't an other traditionnal Dour Festival stage, it is a creative space to make the festival-goer feel like home. It becomes part of the event, inside the hearth of the soil that made the region what it is today. 

La Classique is installing «La Terrasse » for you during this 26th Dour Festival ! La Terrasse is inspired from East London neighborhoods, where different cultures and genres meet. Fashion, music and art will be reprensented by performances and animations for one day, and you'll be able to either dance on DJ sets or lay back in this dedicated space inside the festival !

642 KLAN will be doing a live painting performance on cellophane. Using their paint-sprays, the 4 young artists will be painting several frescos representing their own personality. The Cello-painting consist in integrating a painting into the environment by painting on a see-through material. The space reserved to their art is mostly natural and they'll mix their urban influences to a natural space. The fresco will be built up as an ephemere living, in rythme with the DJ sets and the environment.

La Classique works with the Lille based workshop of the Parisian printer Atelier Amelot. They'll be there to offer some spare T-shirts, made on site with their numeric printer. You'll be able to choose between 5 visuals, made by 642 Klan, to make it fit to your own image.

For the rest of some and the pleasure of others, a small oriental village will be represented by Berber tents. The inside will be as typical as our tent and you'll even be able to enjoy our « Dour Tea-time » ! You'll also be able to lay down and have a nap, might be usefull for the hard life of some festival-goers !

Vinyl collector, DJ Psychiatre leads a double life, spinning tunes as a DJ-producer by night and providing therapy as a psychiatrist during the day. He has crafted his musical universe around classic house with lo-fi textures, delving into melancholic or obscure genres as well. His signature style is easily recognizable for its emphasis on emotional depth showcased in his rich and diverse mixes. An epicurean at heart, he tastefully selects his vinyl records to curate sets exclusively tailored to each event. With notable releases on vinyl and digital platforms including Shall Not Fade, Blaq Numbers, Pont Neuf Records, Dance Around 88, and House Plants Records, he continues to compose, study, and experiment, constantly enriching his sonic universe. Driven by pure passion and a thirst for discovery, he shares his vinyl collection weekly on Twitch through sets where he connects with his audience. Every Sunday, his show « Sunday Selecta » allows him to traverse different musical frontiers, ranging from ambient to jungle, spanning the entire spectrum of electronic music. An insatiable digger, he amasses an impressive selection with a particular penchant for the sounds of the 90s and 00s, adapting his Sunday mood to take viewers on a journey through his platform. Through his music, he also champions causes close to his heart. For three consecutive years, he organized a 24-hour live stream, exclusively vinyl, on his Twitch channel, with donations benefiting associations supporting mental health research (as featured in articles on Dure Vie and Ouest France). Additionally, he has contributed to several music compilations, with proceeds going to associations working in reforestation, migrant support, and mental health prevention.

Music producer and DJ, Rāmen Break is a passionate artist dedicated to electronic music, having spent several years programming for a club and a third-party venue in town. He is primarily an artistic manager and head of artist development at Dazel Agency.
His expertise in electronic music leads him to work regularly with Astropolis and the rest of the world with the artists he represents.
As a skilled curator, he has been featured on Rinse France, Neu Radio, Reform Radio, Vivid Echo, and also on the bill at Rouen's BOILER ROOM (OFFLINE), alongside Unklevon and re:ni.
Unexpected during his rare DJ sets, he navigates rich influences from jazz, hip-hop, electro, jungle, and London bass music. Thus, Rāmen Break was able to express itself alongside artists like Djrum, Djedjotronic, Bambounou, Brodinski, Jwles…
