Back upstairs in the loft and another one from tape archive...and a fierce one reared it's head again from DJ/Artist/Producer that really left some stunning house music in his legacy and was a bad boy DJ as well as producer even back then...Mr Bobby Konders. Bobby laced us with now classic tracks like his House Rhythms Ep...feat Nervous Acid and the deep house classic The Poem. Also his work on Massive B are also classics in the deep house sound. Bobby really delivered the sound of Deep House as I and many remember going out dancing and buying house music from 89-91-92 would remember. Very dreamy moody tracks that sway perfectly in the 5-7am zone at that ideal/dream party I have in my head...I know I'm not alone in those thoughts...Here we hear Bobby in the mix for his show back on WBLS New York in 1989, featuring many jams from back then and even earlier..some great mixes and moods that Bobby creates in the mix. Bobby as far as I know is pretty much a pure Reggae man now...something that was always apparent in his earlier house music and DJ mixing, Bobby played some choice New York parties back then inc House Nation and Wild Pitch and even visited the Ministry Of Sound in it's first year. This one has some jams for sure..Bobby showing his blends in this varied genre and killer show.

His productions have found their way into the live sets of many luminary DJs, such as Rahaan, Mark Farina, Louie Vega, John Morales, 6th Borough Project, In Flagranti, Lady Blactronika, Faze Action, Crazy P, Kenny Dope, Mr. Scruff & many more.

Like his productions, Superbreak sets also showcase his deep and diverse taste. Weaving eclectic disco, adult house and offbeat selections together seamlessly. Always with an ear for groove and harmony and a Master at reading any room or dance floor. 

Kosta’s talents as a tastemaker extend beyond the studio and DJ booth as owner of the respected Superbreak record label. Having amassed a formidable SoundCloud following for his disco reworks
and incredible DJ sets.

An avid record collector, his love of warm analog sounds is ever-present in his selections. In addition to many DJ residencies over the years, Kosta has DJ’d in 4 continents and recently returned from a successful stint in Europe and New York.
