These are the 2 first hours of my Chateau Perché Set - the come back after the lockdown - and a crazy energy and absolute bliss that I'm already missing! I definitely lost myself to the dance floor at this place. Was a huge family pleasure to play after @niju-1 and before @elmagomusic and @andiandean . With mistakes and experimentations this set it's almost a restart after 2 years and a relearning of how is it to be in front of a real audience again. Thank you for the invite @akanordin and @perchepolis-label .  

And a curious happening was that I had recently discovered @temple-tears amazing music and he came to the stage to say hello as I was playing his track <3 

Note about the intro: The poetry is from chilenean artist Catalina Tello part of her project "Universo Umame" which I had the pleasure to contribute with my voice.

I hope this Set can bring good summer memories to the winter arriving. :P

Fusion, Isn't it just beautiful that we can do this again? 

I still have gooooosebumps from the sunrise from the last Fusion Day on Monday morning (4:30 - 6:30) and just can't believe in what just happened. 

Thank you @bachstelzen for your trust in playing in such a special time as the afterhours and being such amazing hosts. Thank you to every dancer for an indescribable dance floor energy and all the countless talented friends, musicians, performers, producers, bookers, technicians, decorators,  team of this collective effort to make a dream come into reality. From shaky hands and loosing hairs before starting, now I'm floating and will keep this feeling forever and ever in my heart. The feeling that: I DONT WANT THIS TO END EVER. 

A safe dance floor, freedom, open minded people and energy, an open political view, a nice sound and monitoring, supportive crew, artist care and technicians, the best camping paws and booth partners, hugs in between the acts, we could not ask for more. I hope you can feel this vibe in this recording as much as i will keep it with me for a long time.

Jaaaauuu! I have absolute no words for this Saturday morning sunrise (06.08.22 // 04:00-07:00) in Juicy.

Thank you for every one who stayed dancing even waiting for the storm that never came. Family vibes, thank you @tiagooudman for handling me the booth in such a high energy and thank you Juicys for the invitation and for always having my back. I love this family. 

Thank you Garbicz for always welcoming me in the sweetest way and letting me be part of this beautiful ground and circle. And of course thank you to all the music producers for sharing their tracks and everyone that made this festival possible.

2022 is being the year that I learned to play faster and rediscovered the deep raver that was sleeping for some time. I left all the mistakes present in the recording: the moment that the fader stopped working because of the dust, the moment where I wanted to sing and I got loads of feedback and unexpected effects - booth was so full that people pressed the buttons from the effect machine hahaha - it's is part of the fun. I hope this recording reflects the energy that we shared in these three hours.

Crying every day of happiness is not for every festival. 

I'm over flowing happiness and warmth in my heart. 

I won't lie that was a huge challenge to open Panne eichel being so stressed with production before and not being 100% with my voice recovered, as you can hear on the first track (edit from @riyoon from Freed from desire from Gala, in an acoustic version of Prudence sang by me in a cover interpretation with a husky and childish voice lol). But hey, music is magic and the energy of this stage is so damn special. 

Thank you to our amazing @bachstelzen family for making this happen, it's an honor to be by your side. 

Fusion, dancers, musicians, dreamers, thank you for sharing this utopia with us.

And last but not least Thank you for all the people who respects our no photo (or videos) policy. Let's live the moment and make this revolution, its so relieving.

Thank yoou @mira_kater for this wow of a party, every year. 

First time in one of my favorite floors of berlin I could not have wished for a warmer and vibrant energy on Sunday afternoon: a little faster, a little cheesier, a little juicier. 

This time felt special as Lulu came out for the first time in a club, almost a year after his accident. Thank you for the flamboyant crew that always fills the floor with colors, and all the dancers, hanging performers and twirkers that made this dance floor so special. 

Is hard to believe that 9 years have passed since I stepped in Kater for the first time, at Mira's birthday in 2015. It is a huge honor to be part of this celebration.

And thank you @anna_almani for the master, and the @kater_blau crew for hosting us.

Fusion + 20 years Bachstelzen <3

Michi and I were set and ready to take over from Mimi Love @spreedelay, but during our third track, our mixer unexpectedly dropped out. It was a bumpy start, but once we switched over to the backup mixer, everything took off and what a ride it turned into! We decided to keep the recording as it was: raw, real, and true to the live experience. Sometimes these little curveballs are just part of the journey.

The photo perfectly captures how we prep our sets—and also explains why our backs and shoulders are always in recovery mode! 😂 (Thank you, Em, for the snap!)

A heartfelt thank you to the entire @bachstelzen crew and Fusion for having us, to the producers behind the tracks, the sound techs, our amazing friends who held space for us, and every dancer and twerker who shared the moment on the floor.

@madmotormiquel, thank you for your constant support, and for being the best samba dancer and twerker a Brazilian could dream of!

P.S. This year marked Fusion’s 26th anniversary and Bachstelzen’s 20th. These collectives have shaped and inspired generations of ravers, myself included. I truly wouldn’t be who I am today without them. Happy birthday, and here’s to many more years of magic!

Kotoe & Madmotormiquel - Fusion Festival 2025 @ Panne Eichel

Waking up in Manquemapu and being said a couple hours before that I was going to play was an explosion of feelings: anxiety, excitement and joy. 

This explosion resulted in this improvised set that was blessed with the sunset of this loved and sacred place in southern Chile and this family that I'm proud of being part of. My big Thank you to @festivalnomade !! <3

I hope you can feel the energy from this magic moment and enjoy listening as much as I enjoyed playing and dancing with this amazing and shiny people.

ps.: The curious incident about this set is that it's divided into two parts because Nomade had a "noise agreement" with the local community and originally we only could have music until 10pm. As we had the authorization to continue with the music we kept going a bit more as a "Zugabe". I promise to post the second part very very soon. :D

Tábano Sunset - Festival Nomade 2018 @ 08.02.2018 - Part. I

It took me a long time to decide to post this set... After a while and some requests, here it is! :)

The sunniest Summer ever and the Festival Season is now over and this celebration was a beautiful way to close this cycle.

These are the last 2 hours from a 4:30h set played in this lovely party in Birgit & Bier. It also took me a while to realize the amazing line up that I was sharing the decks with. Thank you, just thank you! Thank you @n-u, @mama-nu, @voodoohop and the Slowtribe crew; thank you Paula for borrowing me the "Bride-boobs-in-wool" outfit and the very open and excited audience that was present on this dance floor. I hope you can be transported to this shiny stage made by Lablux_! <3

PS.: Due to the difficult political times that we are living in Brazil, and at the moment of this set we were exactly one week before the 1st presidential round, this set contains a lot of Brazilian tunes. I think it's because facing this situation of not understanding how the hell we allowed our country to be under this state, I just grabbed myself to one of the most beautiful things we have: our music and culture. Então só vem!

Without the support from our loved ones, we wouldn't be able to go further, to grow and challenge ourselves. 

Last year, I took the decision of starting to produce music, with no idea of what would come of me. Mostly of the tracks here, are authored - I still have waaay to go, that's why I would love your feedback :)Some strange sounds for sure, some research into voice and how to make use of it are the experiments of this set and tracks. (It's a bit different from what I usually do for sure :P)Thank you so much Garbicz festival for supporting this adventure and @billy-caso for your patience in teaching.  

 The sound from the last song (from Danilo Timm) was taken from a video from a dear friend of ours, recorded from the audience, so is not the best quality BUT in this case, I'd say that this set wouldn't have been so special if it hadn't ended that way: tears and a celebration of this friendship that lasts now 13 years and was the start of my journey to Berlin. - So I had to include it. 

Thank you to everyone that shared this very emotional moment in Seebühne and Dan, thank you for this beautiful path that we share for so long. Thank you João for your time to make the concept outfit specially for this gig.

This was my first time playing in a music streaming ever and I was freaking out about it. It was a mix of being super happy to be part of this beautiful project that is @unitedwestream that brought together the clubs in Berlin for a good cause* and being SUPER nervous with the fact that I would be by myself with absolutely no people with me at this time. 

I hope that you enjoy as much as I did, even tho I was sh*ting on my pants :)
