The inspiration for this mix emerged from the idea of limbic resonance - a symphony of mutual exchange and internal adaptation whereby mammals become attuned to each other's inner states and in doing so form deep emotional and physiological connections.

Limbic resonance refers to the capacity for empathy and non-verbal communication which form the basis of our social connections as well as the foundation for various modes of therapy and healing.

By learning to monitor our own emotions and sense emotional changes in others, it becomes possible to recognize what they are feeling; and by learning to navigate and manage our own emotions, we influence the emotions of others. ✨❤️✨

Thank you to Lucidity Festival for having me a part of their amazing event in Santa Barbara, CA. It was a privilege to play a Sunday afternoon daytime set at the Nook Stage on the flawless Magnetik Sound Funktion 1 System. 

To everyone who came out and danced with us, thank you for the support and love. It was felt from on stage and this was one of my favorite sets I have ever played.

Lunar Symphony applies those principles to their music; to remind ourselves to be patient, to take it slow and to put care into what we love. The “A Hankali” EP is a  journey of connection and closeness through dance, bass, and everything else in these times of uncertainty.
