Brouqade kicks off 2017 with its 40th release, a V/A that coincides with the label celebrating 10 years of forward-thinking electronic music. Pablo Bolivar's label Seven Villas is known to put out anything from house, techno, ambient to slightly more experimental sounds, always relying on smooth progressive melodies. For their latest release, they welcome Thierry Viti, better known by his stage name of Ercos Blanka. Blanka's sounds have graced renowned imprints such as Kerri Chandler’s Madtech, while this release only re-affirms his status as one to keep an eye on. An 8 track LP, 'Classic Track' is a subtle but engaging listen that would fit perfectly as a soundtrack of short and rainy autumn days. Recommended for all Balearic, deep, melodic and dub aficionados with a gentle taste.
