Für die Ewigwachgebliebenen zum Feierabendbier, für die Frühaufsteher als Seelenfutter zum Wochenbeginn: Montagssorbet mit Laut & Luise. Alles erlaubt, was gut tut und Gedanken kreisen lässt, nur der Name ist Programm: cremig, fluffig und ganz schön weich.

Während der Karneval der Verpeilten vor unserer Tür steht und wartet, dass es wieder knallt Partey, hat Hamburgs Kranich der Verpeilten @r_etzold dem Pudel, uns, euch und sich selbst Stulle für Stulle ein saftiges Frühstück in Echtzeit geschmiert. Angerichtet wird das »Breakfast of Champions« von keinem geringerem als Andy Strauß (@establishmensch), dem manifestierten Wahnsinn, dem Herrscher der Verpeilten. Seid mal alle lieb zueinander.

Unser Podcast Nummer 111 kommt heute von einem guten Freund, der nicht nur menschlich, sondern auch musikalisch für die ganz besonderen Momente im Leben sorgt.

Mit seinem großen Herzen und der Liebe für das Miteinander  sorgt er stets für eine positive Aura und das Gefühl immer willkommen zu sein. Dieses Momentum überträgt sich bei ihm sogar auf die Art und Weise des Musizierens, weshalb er schon weit über die Badener Grenzen bekannt sein dürfte. 

Die Rede ist von Bruder Jakob, der als Gründer und Mitorganisator des Karlsruher Kulturvereins https://soundcloud.com/kollektiv-liebe alleine oder zusammen mit seinem Bruder Edu Buscholl die Fahne des „Schneknos“ im strittigen "Schwabenländle" hochhält. Zusammen mit vielen anderen Künstlern wie Acid Day, Thomas Train, Landhouse & Raddantze und weiteren, veranstalten Sie regelmäßig im P8 Partys, die sich der langsameren elektronischen Musik verschrieben haben. Kein leichtes Unterfangen in einer Stadt die traditionell von Techno dominiert wird. Dennoch lassen Sie nicht locker. Gut so.
Mit seinem einzigartigen Stil ist Jakob auch schon weit über die Karlsruher Grenzen bekannt geworden. So bespielte er unter anderem das Uckerlam Festival, das https://soundcloud.com/fjordfest, sowie das Rituel in Paris und natürlich in verschiedenen Locations Berlin's.

Die Musik von Bruder Jakob lässt sich meiner Meinung nach her mit den zwei Adjektiven Leichtigkeit und Tiefe beschreiben. Als ausgewiesener „Schnekno“ Fanatiker sind seine Sets mit Liedern durchzogen, die nicht nur derbe Grooven, sondern auch zum Nachdenken anregen. Ein besonderes Augenmerk legt er natürlich auf eine stimmige Tracklist und der damit einhergehende Stimmungsbogen. Kenner seiner Musik schätzen vor allem den hohen Anteil an unbekannten Tracks, die er meistens extrem runterpitcht und dadurch erst eine neue Dynamik erhalten. In diesem Zusammenhang bedient er sich überwiegend an alten Liedern aus dem Bereich des Technos, Acid und House. 
Musik, die wie gemalt ist für eine perfekte Afterhour.

Wir sind unglaublich froh dass wir Jakob für unsere Reihe gewinnen konnten, der sich mit seinem Set wieder einmal übertroffen hat. Wir danken dir von Herzem für dieses Sahnestück von Musik.

We met @luimafuta thanks to our friends from @downvienna at a wild party at Fluc in Vienna in 2019 . We spend some nice days together and feel in love with his live set. When Jonas aka @KlangDruide then send us " A Spoon full of honey" as release proposal earlier this year, we directly had to think of Lui and knew this would be a great match. Lui took his friend Puste along with his trumpet and out came this beauty of a track. Due to Corona we could not enjoy their live performance at Klunkerkranich last Saturday the 14.03, but we hope the song puts a smile on your face where ever you are right now. 

As always with Hug Records 50% of the profit raised with this track are donated to the Water Project from @Love-Foundation. The other 50% are split equally between Artist and Label.
