This is a new single about the positives and negatives of my journey as a new rapper. This song was written before nearly giving up. As a perfectionist I wanted to be great right away, not realizing how much effort it takes. I'm about 10 weeks into my rap journey. This is a hobby, but I'm still passionate. Trap is a style of Southern hip hop that was developed in the late 1990s to early 2000s in the Southern United States.  It is typified by double or triple-time sub-divided hi-hats, heavy, sub-bass layered kick drums from the Roland TR-808 drum machine, layered synthesizers and an overall dark, ominous or bleak atmosphere and lyrical content. The term "trap" referred to places where drug deals take place. In the 2010s, artists crossbred trap with dubstep to create trap EDM.
