A new series of mixes recorded live at I'm A House Gangster events around the world, IAHG LIVE 01 has two masters at the controls - Mark Farina and DJ Sneak playing back-2-back at the IAHG party at Studio 80 Amsterdam, recorded in August 2013 at the IAHG party.

Sneak and Mark Farina will join forces again on 9th November at the annual Sneak's Birthday Beats party in Toronto.  Also on the bill are Amine Edge & DANCE, Riviera and Mike Gleeson.

He has been asked to present his sets in places as important as Floridal35, Family club, Industrial Copera, Domo or Isla Tortuga among others, being in this last one where he develops the function of resident in the Reaktive project until 2020.

This rhythm addict presents a set full of percussive elements and enveloping drones defined by artists such as Lewis Fautzi, Declod, Tensal, Vegim, PWCCA and others.

Leirum es el nombre que recibe la visión artística de Santiago Muriel. Desde temprana edad decide adentrarse en el mundo dj, incitado  por su gran pasión por la música electrónica. Sus sesiones están caracterizadas por manejar una línea variada de géneros, como el ambient, el experimental, el electro y el  techno denso. La destreza de combinar distintos géneros le ha permitido generar al oyente una experiencia gratificante, espiritual y corporal que realza el nivel sensorial que trasmite la música.

For edition 003 we bring a great hidden artist from the city of Medellín, Colombia. With a content of eclectic selections and lines of musical contrasts, we present Leirum.

Leirum is the name given to the artistic vision of Santiago Muriel. From an early age he decided to enter the DJ world, prompted by his great passion for electronic music. His sessions are characterized by handling a varied line of genres, such as ambient, experimental, electro and dense techno. The skill of combining different genres has allowed him to generate a rewarding, spiritual and corporal experience for the listener that enhances the sensory level transmitted by the music.

To be a successful house music producer, you have to make tracks that DJs want to play. And, to be a good DJ, you have to play music that inspires people to move their asses. Simple in theory, but not in execution. Wally Callerio’s inherent ability to do both — and to do both well — has served him justly over the last two decades, establishing him as an artist with talent, vision and staying power in a genre that has navigated tumultuous highs, lows and growing pains in between. 

With over 20 years of experience behind the decks and in the studio under his belt, Callerio has put out a remarkable 250 original tracks and remixes on over 50 labels worldwide. Most recently, his music has been released on such respected heavyweights as Defected, Cajual, Farris Wheel Recordings, Grin Music and Sampled Recordings. In addition, Callerio has earned accolades under his alter ego moniker Poncho Warwick, consistently ranking as a top annual pick for best chillout artist on Beatport. 

In his role as Music Supervisor for “Unconscious Therapy,” a documentary released in April 2016 that chronicles the rise and evolution of house music via the lens of Frankie Knuckles and his fellow innovators, Callerio took on the crucial responsibility of​ ​ licensing and curating the film’s soundtrack.​ ​ He is also a featured artist in the documentary, alongside Mark Farina, Derrick Carter, Masters at Work and a bevy of other house icons. 

Possessed of an entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to embrace change, Callerio has earned and enjoyed enduring success as both an artist and label-owner. Los Angeles-based Dufflebag Recordings, which Callerio launched in 1998, has been churning out deep and funky grooves suffused with soulful vocals since its inception, and the label boasts an impressive roster of artists that includes Demarkus Lewis, Manjane, Alysha Kid, Corduroy Mavericks, JT Donaldson, Natural Rhythm, Ryan Truman and R&B legend Jon B. under his moniker Jah Ques. 

For Callerio, house music still holds just as much untapped potential as it did when he first cut his teeth on the genre in the early nineties — and he’s never been one to rest on his laurels when his passion is at stake and opportunity abounds. “I don’t try to predict the future of house, I try to give it my imagination and push with my music,” Callerio says. “I try to inspire people into making and playing the right stuff.” That drive and openness have kept Callerio prolific, relevant and on top of his game — and better still, are a promise of many good things yet to come.

Sounds From NoWhere welcomes aboard the japanese dj & producer Takaaki Itoh (Planet Rhythm / Modularz).

Techno hit Japan hard in the early 1990s. Surprised, Takaaki Itoh was quickly impressed and intrigued with this new sound.
The unique style of beats revealed the gateway to a new world of underground music in Japan - something he had never heard before. 
Surprise slowly gave way to addiction when Takaaki Itoh was exposed to the sounds of such artists and labels as Underground Resistance, Derrick May, Jeff Mills, Hardfloor, Sven Väth, Harthouse, Warp and Rising High. 
This was his sound, and deciding he just couldn't get enough of it, in 1994 Takaaki began to organize his own techno parties in his home of northern Japan. 
By providing a fantastic lineup, his parties quickly became a success.
In 2000, Takaaki Itoh made his European debut in Slovakia. People recognized that he had his own style. 
His Japanese style of Techno was pure, unique and underground - nothing that had been heard before in Europe. His reputation and popularity quickly spread all over the continent. He was becoming recognized as Japan's most underground and respected techno DJ.
Promoters wanting him, party people loving him, Takaaki Itoh took the next step and started his own label Wols. Passion led to success and Takaaki became recognized as the top of the next generation of Techno music.
His demand is rapidly growing beyond his Asian and European roots, to places like South America, Australia, the US and Canada.

Born and raised in Italy since ‘98, Pyramidal Decode is the pseudonym of a Techno polyhedral producer. In 2015 he started a duo called “Ort3d” publishing his dub techno works. In 2017 he created Pyramidal Decode releasing his tracks in lables such as Subsist records, DeadCert rec., SK Black, Labrynth, Parabola records. and many more. His music can be hard to define, but it spaces out between ambient techno and hard industrial, coming out as a mind bending anxious calming trip.
