The next artist duo ready for their Subway debut is Matta. After having released on labels such as Ad Noiseam & Terminal Dusk we snapped up these two nasty steppers that where just aching to see the light of day.
First off is “Feed”, a maniacal menacing stomper that will leave crowds staring with their jaws dropping to the ground while they fall to their knees begging for more. Matta shows that they mean business by combining the current hype styles together with sub layered terror, while keeping the basics simple and very effective. This one has been tested on various big rigs around the world and never ceases to amaze in response. If you are in need of some heavy ammunition for your sets this is one.
Next we turn to “Deadbeat” for a more electronic sounding atmosphere. This one is gritty, original, raw and sounds like your speakers are ready to pop. The sluggish tempo gives this track a lot of room to breathe its devastating subs and gives it that no-rule attitude that dubstep started off with. Get your hoods on and start adjusting your frequencies as “Deadbeat” will turn any hipster into dead meat.
