Recorded with Audacity using a Blue Yeti microphone on a Washburn C64CE guitar. Arrangement taken from Hal Leonard's "Great Classical Themes." I love the song, but with some more practice it will be re-recorded and replaced. I'm still getting a feel for recording, and playing guitar again.

Bach 'Minuet in G' (no metronome)

Still getting used to putting together projects in FL Studio 2025, again using Native Instruments' Massive (All Souls preset). Arrangement is again taken from Aaron Copland's "What to Listen For in Music."

Ach! du lieber Augustin

Taken from Hal Leonard's "50 Easy Classical Themes," arranger unknown. Constructed using Arturia's Pigment (Zeus preset) in FL Studio.

Puccini, "Musetta's Waltz" (from 'La Boheme')

Exercise is taken from Amsco's "Fifty Easy Classical Guitar Pieces," arranged by Jerry Willard. Recorded in Audacity with a Blue Yeti microphone, on my La Patrie Etude. I really like this piece, and want to work with the metronome to get it up to speed, and to even it out. I enjoy the fingering on both the fretting hand and the plucking hand.

Kuffner 'Pastorale' (no metronome)

Taken from one of my first piano books, "Christmas Carols," which I received after playing in a recital when my age was still in single digits. Arranged by Karl Schulte. Constructed using Augmented Mallets in FL Studio. The next Christmas carol will be played on guitar.

Elgar, 'Pomp and Circumstance'

Fernando Sor's 'Lesson' taken from Amsco's "Fifty Easy Classical Guitar Solos," arranged by Jerry Willard. Recorded in Audacity using a Blue Yeti microphone, on a La Patrie Presentation guitar. Despite it being an "easy guitar solo," I had some difficulty with it, and the second take was the only one worth preserving - and even it is uneven, with a few errors. Still, the goal is progress, so I'll tackle this one again when I build up my skills - I actually like the melody.

Sor 'Lesson' (take 2) (no metronome)

I'm an average middle-aged guy who has decided I want to hear "Rhapsody in Blue" on classical guitar. Since I haven't found a good recording, I guess I'll have to develop the skills to play it myself.

Spoiler: I don't have those skills yet. But I'm starting my journey.
