This transition could be applied to a level or stage transition or it could compliment a visual thematic transition over multiple levels. Unfortunately, the game did not get finished and submitted before the jam deadline.

Following a bit of a hiatus after the release of his beautifully crafted, second EP, Drømmeland with @coastal-haze, @Fruitdj is back and kicking. 

Originally from Iceland, but currently based in Denmark Fruit has made a name for himself in the Copenhagen club scene with his erudite DJing and live-sets. We’re stoked to have him on for our 23rd mix in the series, in anticipation of his forthcoming (and much hyped) third EP release this spring.

GMTK 2020 Game Jam Submission - Transitional Soundtrack

I composed a short orchestral track inspired by the beautifully dark and melancholic world of Hollow Knight. During the course of the game we meet, among other lonely beings, the Nailsmith, whose life comes to a tragic end. (or maybe it doesn't ... no spoiler ... I guess)
