‘Remember Why You Started’ is meant to be a message for everyone to look back to the roots – where anything is influenced by nothing but passion. The album tells the story of @regalmusic's personal struggles and self-discovery. A dark insight into the DJ’s life, influenced mainly by Dante Alighieri’s ‘Divine Comedy’, where Dante has to cross all the layers of hell and purgatory to arrive in paradise.

From earth-shuttering sounds, hard punching kicks, 303 acid-lines, disjointed drum breaks and electro drum patterns up to EBM- and Hip-Hop-leaning tracks, this album gives an insight into Regal's mind and creativity.

Italian techno producer Alignment returns to Regal’s Involve Records with a heavy four track release entitled ‘1992’.  

When not making regular appearances on voxnox Records, Alignment has been releasing on Involve Records, Etruria Beat and Charlotte de Witte’s KNTXT. His tracks have received regular support from the upper echelons of techno, including Richie Hawtin, Ben Klock, Chris Liebing and Amelie Lens, with the latter including his collaboration with Regal in her fabric mix compillation. Debuting on Regal’s label in 2018, he now makes a highly anticipated return to Involve Records.  

Opening with ‘1992’, a thundering cut with rave elements, crystalline stabs and indistinct vocals - this release is a white knuckle ride from the word go. ‘1993’ is next with its offbeat hats and infectous melody as kick drums pummel you into submission, followed by the murkier sounding ‘1994’ which features industrial sounds alongside various zips and zaps. Concluding the package, ‘1995’ is the most hypnotic inclusion courtesy of whirring synths that evolve into a screaming lead.

After having released tracks on Kobosil's R-Label or Amelie Lens' Exhale, Krl Mx imposes his intense and effective style. He has already performed for Boiler Room, Synoid, Blackworks or Unreal and spreads with confidence his presence on the European techno scene from Berlin to Madrid. He continues to push boundaries and explore new sonic directions, making him one of the most exciting producers in the electronic music scene today.
