Krome Pressings is the new home for the KromeAngels' productions, their personal projects and collaborations with like minded music producers.
The international sound of the label takes its influence from all music past and present, including trance, electro, acid and progressive house breaking down the boundaries to form a new direction and sound for club trance.
Label founders Dino Psaras, Shanti Matkin and Frederic Holyszewski hail from the UK, Holland and France retrospectively. Now based in Ibiza, they bring together the sounds from three of Europe's most influential dance scenes to create the sound of Krome Pressings.
First release hot of the press is 'Bounce' a proven favourite from the KromeAngels live show, it features electro heavyweights Product.01 supplying the vocal hooks on top of a stone cold killer synth riff, guaranteed to get crowds jumping worldwide.
On the remix is the hot new production team 'Stripper' whose releases on Ministry of Sound, Superstar, Surfer Rosa, Giant Pussy and the legendary Jooris Voorn's Rejected label have established them as one of the names to watch in 2011.
The boys with the studio to die for turn out a flawless electro mix with deep-tech influences and devastating breakdowns.

The backbone for dance innovation, amazing global parties and unquestionable musical talent throughout the last two decades has risen to a new level. Three veterans of the scene who share a mutual respect for each other’s music and joined forces back in 2006 to form KromeAngels now deliver their first album. 

But who are they? This sonic tripartite comprises of Brighton-born Dino Psaras, the first Dragonfly DJ, first release on the Perfecto Fluoro label and member of Cydonia and Ayahusca, Dado, the renowned French music producer who has collaborated with the likes of Bamboo Forest and spearheaded projects such as Transwave, and Shanti, once the young prodigy of the Voov Festival with his infamous baselines and originator of the Visionquest 2003 DVD signature tune.

Having identified the need for an alternative from what can arguably been termed as the trance ‘norm”, these three came together to create a fresh sound, taking the genre to new realms to encompass breakbeat, techno, house and electro and everything in between.

A second album will follow as well as a third live album of the best of what has gone before. Look out for them and listen.
