Being released on the 14.10.2022, the record is a meticulously calibrated work of room temperature, a home cooked meal between friends or a warm sonic blanket that tugs you in after a rainy day. Pushing their club roots to the side, Brigade‘s debut album confidently sits between ambient, house and hip hop. „We took the pandemic as a cue to take a break from dancefloor productions and play around with different genres and production styles.“ The first single „International Communication™“ showcases that breadth and introduces an album pretty much anyone in the post-Shrek cultural landscape could agree on. Ondula is the follow-up EP to the single release of Moaï by @alaixpulse. The EP tells the story of traveling through oriental music and aboriginal culture, before heading back to Marseille where Alaix fused his journey. Changes in atmosphere between the tracks represent a person’s ability to adapt to new situations to unknown places. Using percussion instruments like congas, claves, and the maracas to emphasize this and to form a convergence between ancestral music & electronic music. w/ Remixes by @san-miguel-berlin & @landhouseraddantze.
