AKRODHA PARAMANANDA

(1) akrodha paramānanda nityānanda rāy
abhimāna-śūnya nitāi nagare beḍāy

(2) adhama patita jīver dvāre dvāre giyā
harināma mahāmantra dena bilāiyā

(3) jāre dekhe tāre kohe dante tṛṇa kori
āmāre kiniyā loho bhaja gaurahari

(4) eta boli’ nityānanda bhūme goḍi jāy
sonāra parvvata jena dhūlāte loṭāy

(5) heno avatāre jāra rati nā janmilo
lochan bole sei pāpī elo āra gelo

Translation: 

1) The great personality, Lord Nityānanda Prabhu, is free from anger and full of transcendental ecstasy. He wanders throughout the towns, free from false pride and arrogance.

2) He travels from door to door to the homes of the fallen souls, freely distributing the Hare Krishna Mahāmantra.

3) With straw between His teeth, He begs all who cross his path, “Worship Lord Gaurahari and you will purchase me.”

4) Saying this Nityānanda falls to the ground, appearing like a golden mountain rolling in the dust.

5) If within a person attachment for this incarnation of Nityānanda has not arisen, then Lochan Dās says, “That such a sinful person simply comes and goes (takes birth and dies) in futile misery.”

Великодушный, упоённый блаженством, Господь Нитьянанда Прабху лишен гнева и исполнен трансцендентного экстаза! Он странствует по городам, свободный от высокомерия и гордыни.

DOYAL NITAI CHAITANYA
From: Gitavali by Srila Bhaktivinoda Thakura,

`doyāl nitāi caitanya' bole' nāc re āmār man
nāc re āmār man, nāc re āmāra man

Chanting the holy name "Doyal Nitai Caitanya!" -- O my mind, please dance! O my mind, please dance! O my mind, please dance!

(emon, doyāl to nāi he, mār kheye prema dey)
(ore) aparādha dūre jābe, pābe prema-dhan
(o nāme aparādha-vicāra to nāi he)
(takhon) kṛṣṇa-nāme ruci ha'be, ghucibe bandhan

Oh! Such a merciful personality as Nityananda Prabhu is not to be found anywhere! He suffers a beating from Jagai and Madhai and still gives them the love of God! Oh! When your offences are being vanquished, you will obtain the treasure of love of God! But in these names of Caitanya and Nitai there is no consideration of offences! Once you have a taste for the holy name of Krsna, bondage to this world will come to an end.

Oh! When there is attachment to the holy name of Krsna, the life of a living being very easily becomes successful! Oh! Without affection for Krsna, life is simply useless! At the end of life, you will obtain the beautiful vision of Radha and Syama in Vrndavana -- but only when the mercy of Lord Gaura is first received! Oh!

ABOUT THE ALBUM

This album was manifested by the mercy and inspiration of Guru and Vaishnavas, under the guidance of Srila Gurudeva Bhaktivedanta Vana Goswami Maharaj who also gave it's name, Bhajan Lahari - Waves of Spirituality. The album has 9 Tracks and each song is like an wave of spirituality. As an offering unto the Lotus feet of Srila Gurudeva Bhaktivedanta Narayana Goswami Maharaja the album will be realeased on the day we celebrate his centennial anniversary - 11/02/2021. The purpose of this album is that it may serve as a source of remembrance, inspiration and nourishment to the heart of all the devotees.

Krsna Krpa Dasa é um músico e praticante de Bhakti Yoga que vive atualmente no Brasil. Nascido em família de devotos da consciência de Krsna, teve seu primeiro contato com a música muito cedo através dos cantos tradicionais de mantras e canções devocionais. Foi entre os 13 e 14 anos que começou então a tocar e se dedicar integralmente ao estudo da Mrdanga, instrumento de percussão tradicional da música indiana. Aos 16, foi pela primeira vez à Índia, onde morou por 6 meses e realizou um verdadeiro mergulho no universo musical e religioso que sempre o cercou. Lá aprendeu e se aprofundou muito no estudo de Kirtan, e logo que voltou ao Brasil, aos 17 anos, conheceu duas pessoas que mudariam sua vida permanentemente: Kishori Mohan e Sudevi, um casal de norte americanos praticantes e pregadores do Vaishnavaismo - popularmente conhecido como Consciência de Krsna ou Hare Krsna. Daí em diante, Krsna Krpa passou a viajar constantemente ao redor do mundo tocando Mrdanga em turnês com o casal, além de também viajar por diversos continentes, sempre que possível, com seu mestre espiritual, Sripad Bhaktivedanta Vana Goswami Maharaj, um monge renunciante que viaja há mais de 20 anos ao redor do mundo pregando sobre o Vaishnavismo.
