We are welcoming Los Angeles based and Russian born ALFIYA GLOW to the label family. Her youtube videos playing the violin over house and progressive house tracks caught our attention already a while ago. NEW EARTH was the perfect track to introduce the promising and very talented female artist to the label. Alfyia is a professional trained violinist and she incorporates that beautiful acoustic instrument into her own productions. The result is a fresh and rich sound. Acoustic meets electronic.
Our label honcho PASSENGER 10 contributes with a remix that takes a clubbier and darker direction but still keeps the majority of the gorgeous violin licks and the well thought-out chamber ensemble chord progressions.

Celebrated melodic techno duo Kasablanca release the remix package of their second EP on Anjunabeats, ‘Lucid Audio’. 

Kasablanca exploded onto the scene in summer 2020 with their collaboration with Lane 8, ‘Run’. What followed was a dream run: their debut album ‘Human Learning’, a Juno Award-nominated collaboration with Bob Moses in ‘Afterglow’, and joining us at Anjunabeats to release the ‘Immunity EP’, as well as remixing Above & Beyond’s ‘Black Room Boy’ as part of the ‘10 Years of Group Therapy’ celebrations.

This year, the duo completed their ‘Am I Dreaming?’ tour, which took them to eight sold-out venues across North America, plus festival appearances in Brazil and India. Their live show (best described as Justice meets Queen meets Stephan Bodzin) is more comparable to a full-on performance like a rock show than a typical clubbing experience, replete with Prince-esque swagger and an extensive rig of analogue synthesizers on stage. They recently supported Above & Beyond at their sold-out Printworks London takeover, and will soon join our Anjunafamily pilgrimage to the Gorge for Group Therapy Weekender.

‘Lucid Audio’ earned support from the likes of Massano, Oliver Heldens, Don Diablo, Armin van Buuren, Vintage Culture, James Hype, R3HAB, Lane 8, and Benny Benassi, racking up over 3.5M total worldwide streams to date. Stellar remixes of tracks from the EP soon followed: Korolova’s take on ‘Am I Dreaming?’ featured in Spotify’s New Music Friday Dance and Mint Canada playlists; Øostil’s rework of ‘Am I Dreaming?’ saw spins from David Guetta, Cosmic Gate, Gabriel & Dresden, Gitman and beyond.

New additions to the remix package include melodic house producer Dokho’s twist on ‘Dream About You’, Belgian artist Maxim Lany’s rework of 'Crucible', and rising talent CVMRN’s take on 'In Sequence'.

First up, The Wizard himself, Ferry Tayle hits back with his very own Club Mix. More oriented towards those peak time hours in front of the lights, the Club Mix brings with it euphoria as well as Ferry's dance inducing beats.

Willem de Roo throws unmistakeable de Roo energy and pizazz into the release, setting Sarah Shields' vocals aloft alongside hefty bass and resonating FX whilst recent Always Alive débutante Mhammed El Alami forms his own rendition of 'The Most Important Thing', giving the breakdown a whole new direction and reworking the melody for a pure uplifting sound, El Alami breathes new life into the track and effortlessly makes it his own.

On fire Estonian duo Cold Rush provide the next dramatic Remix. Adding a pinch of their trademark grinding basslines and inspired drum patterns, Erkki &amp; Robert have produced one of their finest remixes to date. Energetic and full of vivacity, the Cold Rush Remix is an essential track in the DJ arsenal.

Last but by no means least, American talent, Falcon gives us his spin on Ferry Tayle's uplifting crowd pleaser. Falconising the breakdown and giving a feel good vibe to the track, Falcon does the Original real justice and rounds off this must have Remix EP.
